Highly recommend!!!
We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at Rivage Annecy. The hotel features a contemporary, modern design and was spotlessly clean throughout. We especially enjoyed the luxurious touches in the small details, which really elevated our stay. The complimentary spa facilities were excellent, including a warm whirlpool, sauna, and a large swimming pool. It was incredibly relaxing and had a wonderful atmosphere. We stayed with our two dogs, and the hotel was extremely pet-friendly. Upon check-in, they provided treats and food bowls, which we really appreciated. The restaurant was delicious, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect—right next to the lake, with an easy walk to the old town. Walking along the lakeside with our dogs was absolutely beautiful. We would love to return and highly recommend this hotel.

Second stay but not likely to come back
Location and comfortable large rooms
Checkin (4pm) and checkout - checkout is at 11am which creates huge queues. The spa area could be more cozy for this type of location - it gives the feeling of a public bath with no one around to monitor things - only one person stick at the entrance. Be aware that they debit your guarantee even if you settle at checkout, which is weird and may create cc limit issues.

Fantastic location. Outstanding room. Leisure facilities good. Restaurant and bar excellent quality.
Receptionist at the spa was on the phone for over 10minutes and did not acknowledge our presence. Then second time there was no one at reception. Reception at front desk got our bill wrong. They did rectify it afterwards, however.

Nice hotel but some of the service relating to the bar and restaurant a little inattentive.
Rooms and facilities very nice. Lots of choices for breakfast. Parking very easy and secure. Spa decent.
Location - quite a long (albeit pleasant) walk into Annecy old town. The hotel bar should be a great feature of the hotel but the service was inattentive despite it not being busy. Similarly, we gave up on the restaurant one evening after waiting 30 mins to order (from our reservation time).

Stay often for work and each time it leaves me wanting to come back.
The hotel was able to give me a complimentary upgrade which was very nice and much appreciated. I arrived an hour before check-in so this was the first time I got to use the leisure facilities which were very nice.

Very comfortable and relaxing
Location was great. Very quiet at night. Spacious and well appointed room. Shower was fantastic. Food was very good and really good breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful
