Location : Easy to connect, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms : It was perfect for a family of 4. It was a surprise for us when entering to the room. I would say, it’s perfect for the price you pay!!!

I stayed for two weeks. The location is on a busy road, and during rush hours it was very difficult to get a taxi. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would personally rate it only 3 stars. During events in Abu Dhabi, the additional supplement charge is unreasonable, reaching around 1500 AED per night on top of the actual booking cost. If you are planning to visit Abu Dhabi in October, November, December, or during the New Year period, make sure to double-check your booking in advance. Event dates to be aware of include 9–15 October, 2–6 November, and 2–8 December.

Sankar, and everyone ...keep it up ..Oh our bud from Morocco...was great meeting you ..and the brother who welcomed us on 25th, you were right about Warner bros....we spent hoursssss there...great time :) Housekeeping: my room 1117 was always neat...thanks so so much...sorry I didn't ask your name ..🙏 Room- value for money Service- value for money Baby cot: my baby loved his cot and he had the fluffiest pillow ever...he will miss it Room for improvement: the food variety for breakfast could be improved, maybe daily changes... Not relaxing and not welcoming environment

The room is good and comfortable

Stay 12-13 July booked 5 room for family. The receptionist is not accomodating it took almost one hour to wait for check in instead of what was said in 5 minutes, when we follow up she answered "as i said the room isn't ready!: in our bookingvone room was booked without breakfast as the member has to check out early, the receptionist keeps on repeating to us that no breakfast for thus room, we knew it that's why we put no breakfast the other member will check in little late due to work, again she always stressing on that that particular guest must have to present his id for check in. Can she just tell us one time only? Not to annoyed us. She is not even smile 😒 that can create a welcoming atmosphere though waiting time is too long, we are coming from different emirates. Then that night we went out and when we returned we received a call telling that more people in room 824 outsiders/visitors are not allowed. As if we are doing elligal. We need bonding time of course as we are allocated in different level we are having hard time gather together. Staff are governed by their policy. However they should not annoyed their guests.

Overall, while I appreciated the free room upgrade, my stay was disappointing

I’d like to share some concerns from my recent stay: Valet Service – Unfortunately, my car broke down while in your care, and no one from the valet team informed us. We only found out when we came down for dinner, which was very disappointing. Hallway and Room Layout – The hallways leading to the rooms felt more like partitions in a converted villa than a hotel. The doors were very close to each other, and we could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors, which compromised our privacy and comfort. Room Condition – Although I specifically requested a non-smoking room at reception, the room still had a strong cigarette odor. This made our stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standards we expected. I hope you’ll take this feedback constructively, as I believe your team can improve these areas to provide a better guest experience. Overall, while I appreciated the free room upgrade, my stay was disappointing due to poor valet communication, subpar hallway conditions, and a non-smoking room that still smelled strongly of smoke.

Staff in the restaurant, in the reception and mainly at the tourist guide desk (Alain) was maximally helpful, friendly, warm-hearted. They helped us to meet all of our needs. We had a very pleasant stay, and will return for sure.

"Although I had a small child with me, the lady at the reception said, 'There is no humanity here; our accounts department will blame us.' Staff are very kind... Kuya allan, who always assists us every time that we are in the hotel... all the people at the front desk who have always been very, very polite and helpful to us... especially Dicksha and Payel... And most of all, the man in the valet parking this morning who always great us every time we passed the door... You are all amazing... thank you for accommodating us very well...

Maybe adding some automatic air refresher will be awesome in the room...

Satisfied with this place

Stayed in this hotel for only 1 night. We liked the huge bed which was VERY soft and comfortable, with good blanket and pillows. The room has everything you need: water, some instant tea/coffee, small fridge, good shower accessories such as shampoo, conditioner, gel, body lotion, shower caps. The buffet breakfast was nice with a lot of options. Very friendly staff. Also, small swimming pool on the roof.

Shower was not very convenient because of narrow shower cabin with a door that opens towards itself. The same problem with the public toilets - small toilet cabins with doors that open the same way. Some places probably need minor repairs.
