If you require nearby facilities and amenities, the location is ideal as it is situated in the heart of the city. The majority of local attractions and services are conveniently accessible within walking distance, making mobility effortless. Unlike rural areas where transportation options may be limited, this location offers a wide range of choices. Additionally, the absence of long distances to reach small shops enhances the convenience of the area.

The staff at this hotel seems a bit unfriendly. They’re not rude, but the concierge doesn’t know how to smile at all. None of the staff members were particularly friendly. The reception staff was okay, but the overall atmosphere from the staff was not welcoming. I also went to the Sheraton hotel nearby, and I had the same experience. It seems like this attitude is spreading throughout the area.

Pleasant stay and close to amenities in the heart of Abu Dhabi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were ideal and the breakfast offered a variety of options which was excellent. Shout out to some of the Staff at the Valet, Omelette station, Gyana, Shankar, Ray and Ihdaa. Just to mention a few who we got to socialise with during our stay.

Lack of onsite parking but the Valet team did an awesome job with sourcing public parking.

Nice Location, Nice Room & Service

Location : Easy to connect, close to restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms : It was perfect for a family of 4. It was a surprise for us when entering to the room. I would say, it’s perfect for the price you pay!!!

Good Location- good breakfast - 3 stars rate

I stayed for two weeks. The location is on a busy road, and during rush hours it was very difficult to get a taxi. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, I would personally rate it only 3 stars. During events in Abu Dhabi, the additional supplement charge is unreasonable, reaching around 1500 AED per night on top of the actual booking cost. If you are planning to visit Abu Dhabi in October, November, December, or during the New Year period, make sure to double-check your booking in advance. Event dates to be aware of include 9–15 October, 2–6 November, and 2–8 December.

Not relaxing and not welcoming environment

Stay 12-13 July booked 5 room for family. The receptionist is not accomodating it took almost one hour to wait for check in instead of what was said in 5 minutes, when we follow up she answered "as i said the room isn't ready!: in our bookingvone room was booked without breakfast as the member has to check out early, the receptionist keeps on repeating to us that no breakfast for thus room, we knew it that's why we put no breakfast the other member will check in little late due to work, again she always stressing on that that particular guest must have to present his id for check in. Can she just tell us one time only? Not to annoyed us. She is not even smile 😒 that can create a welcoming atmosphere though waiting time is too long, we are coming from different emirates. Then that night we went out and when we returned we received a call telling that more people in room 824 outsiders/visitors are not allowed. As if we are doing elligal. We need bonding time of course as we are allocated in different level we are having hard time gather together. Staff are governed by their policy. However they should not annoyed their guests.

Overall, while I appreciated the free room upgrade, my stay was disappointing

I’d like to share some concerns from my recent stay: Valet Service – Unfortunately, my car broke down while in your care, and no one from the valet team informed us. We only found out when we came down for dinner, which was very disappointing. Hallway and Room Layout – The hallways leading to the rooms felt more like partitions in a converted villa than a hotel. The doors were very close to each other, and we could clearly hear other guests opening and closing their doors, which compromised our privacy and comfort. Room Condition – Although I specifically requested a non-smoking room at reception, the room still had a strong cigarette odor. This made our stay uncomfortable and did not reflect the standards we expected. I hope you’ll take this feedback constructively, as I believe your team can improve these areas to provide a better guest experience. Overall, while I appreciated the free room upgrade, my stay was disappointing due to poor valet communication, subpar hallway conditions, and a non-smoking room that still smelled strongly of smoke.

Staff in the restaurant, in the reception and mainly at the tourist guide desk (Alain) was maximally helpful, friendly, warm-hearted. They helped us to meet all of our needs. We had a very pleasant stay, and will return for sure.
