Completely Misrepresented Room – Very Disappointing Experience

I arrived at the property at 12:00 AM, only to be told that the room I originally booked was not available. Instead, they transferred me to a completely different apartment that looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The quality was much lower, the layout was wrong, and it felt more like a hostel than what I paid for. When I requested a refund, the property refused and told me they could only transfer me to the correct room the next day. This is unacceptable, especially when checking in at midnight with no alternative options. This stay was a clear case of misrepresentation. The room provided did not match the listing at all. Very disappointing and stressful experience. I do not recommend this property and hope Booking.com takes action.

This was the worst experience ever.

At least I wasn’t sleeping on the street.

The address listed on Booking.com is not accurate(The CORRECT code is 7HPPG93F+2R), including the Google Maps location and GPS coordinates. I have already informed the hostel manager, but the issue has not been corrected yet. Neither the staff nor the manager responded to my messages in a timely manner, and they never answered my calls, which made it very difficult and time-consuming to find the correct location. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. The room I booked is actually half of a larger room, with a wall added to separate it into two rooms. However, there is a large hole at the top of the wall because the AC is shared between the two rooms. I believe this is also why I found a bedbug one night, which made it very difficult for me to sleep well after that. The sheets and blanket were dirty, and the staff did not provide me with replacements.

This is a very tight partition with a very small bed. No parking available for tenants during their time of stay.

I didn't get response from the staff so was stranded on street for whole day and went in to book another hotel using "make my trip". I want the refund and not yet a single customer support contacted me

Location was good and near the bus stop

It was difficult to understand where to enter since no clear sign board was there. There was no bedsheet or pillows provided and blanket was used and smelly. Kitchen was really unclean and cockroaches roaming around. Bathroom was so so.

I probably wouldn't say there again

The room itself was good, air con was working, there was a kettle ect. But you have to choose if you want to use the kettel or keep the fridge going (one electric socket). My room was next to the bathroom and whole day there was a sound or running water (it was from the pipes, not from people usig it in this specific bathroom). Very disturbing (and I am not sensitive to noises). Location was good.

Bathroom! It was bad, old, other people who were staying there didn't bother to clean the toilet after themselves. There was constant and loud sound of runnig water. Also contact with the property's owner was bad - I asked which floor should I go to reach the place (I ask the question 2 days before comming) and they answer me just 2 hours before the check-in, I didn' t have interenet so I couldn't get the information, so I had to ask other people in the building to call them for me. The building itself also doesn't make good impression (cleanines...).

كان مكان الإقامة متسخا وغير مجهز بالتجهيزات المذكورة في الموقع.. والصور المنشورة في الموقع مخالفة تماما للواقع.. حتى أنني لم أستطع أخذ دش لعدم نظافة الحمام.. ولم أستطع استخدام المطبخ لعدم نظافته...
