No customer service

its the worst experience if you travelling at night because no one will be there to attend to you even if you notify them your arrival time . They switch off all phones ,so you will have no choice other than looking for another place . I had to stay on street street for 6 hours till they phones were switched on back . They are using different names on this site : luxury stay Abudhabi and Prestige .

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my stay at your hotel I haven’t even spent more than 5 minutes in the room . Unfortunately, the condition of the room was extremely unsatisfactory and did not meet acceptable standards. The room was very smelly, making it impossible for us to sleep even for a minute. Additionally, the bed sheets were torn, which further added to our discomfort. Due to these issues, we were compelled to leave the hotel before our reservation was completed. I believe a full refund is warranted given the circumstances, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

sri lanka room boy showed me a every bad attitude. HE LUCKED CUSTOMER CARE . the manager should replace him or train him how to handle customers. HE WAS A REALLY BAD TOWARDS ME. he refused even to serve me a towel. until Arabic staff came and served me
