I booked this hotel because of the location shown in the app, but the actual hotel location was completely different and far from where it was supposed to be. This caused serious inconvenience and wasted my time. When I requested a refund due to this mistake, the hotel refused and did not help at all. This is misleading and unacceptable. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very poor service and dishonest information

Very poor, disappointed and get cheated by property

Location was good. But full of cheating. I booked for single room, but they have given me bed space. When asked, they told if you want to stay or leave the property. Very clever in cheating. Took the ID card before showing the room. It means I checked in, I can't complaint.

This property should be removed from booking. Com. Otherwise, booking. Com rating will go down.

Not hygienic, dirty, the room was to small to even open my suitcase in, too noisy(it is not a room, it was just a thinnwall), too loud staff all night, bad smell. They don’t wash the pillows covers and bedsheets. There were lots of hair and dust.

Very uncomfortable and poor hygiene of the place

The bathrooms are very dirty with hair everywhere and toilet not clean plus the bath tab is old and drainage blocked. The fridge has old food and opened containers. The room is old with the walls peeling off and the bed is supported by wood making it very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Overall i didn't enjoy my stay and regret sleeping there 😞😞

Title: Very Disappointing Experience – Not as Shown Online I booked a stay at Prestige Pearl, Abu Dhabi through Booking.com after seeing attractive photos and good reviews online. However, when I arrived, the reality was completely different from what was shown. The room and facilities did not match the photos, and the overall environment made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe to stay there. I immediately informed the person in charge and requested to cancel my booking and get a refund, but they refused to cooperate. I also contacted Booking.com, but they said they couldn’t process the cancellation and that only the property owner could do it. In the end, I lost AED 650 and had a very bad experience. I strongly advise others not to book this property and be cautious when booking online, as the photos and descriptions can be misleading.

The staff is horrible I stayed for 3 nights and in that 3 nights they didn't Cleaned my room a single time nothing. Plus they didn't provided key plus my room i think it's for the staff very small plus I cannot locked the the door there's no lock how am I supposed to sleep? Can you imagine?

They charged me for the room and didn't give me the room. It says 24 front desk service but when I got to the property, no one was there except two random guys who said that the front desk people had left. No one answered the phone provided.

Publicidade enganosa, não gostei de nada, lençõis da cama encardidissímos, manta péssima que não ajudou em nada porque a temperatura do ar condicionada é bastante fria. Muito barrulho, a qualquer hora da noite, mesmo em tardes horas, pessoas abrem os quartos dos outros hospedes sem pedir permissão.

Tudo que correspondesse com a acomodação, localização errada, o proprietário tem toda intenção de atrair os hóspedes com a area turistica de Abu Dhabi (Corniche Street) que é de preferencia da maioria dos turistas, quando a verdadeira localização é nos suburbios.
