Bad experience and scammers running these rooms

First of all how booking is allowing listing of such scam properties that they show online is not what the rooms are , partitions inside room , disgusting bedding and uncleaned toilets . Waste of my entire stay n trip.

You must verify the property , the entire property of the apartment shown online are fake

This place is dangerous for your health. Don’t visit

The only good thing is location. Not far away from the Corniche beach

1. The page says that they have Double or Twin rooms and it’s a lie. No twin rooms to choose from. Only double beds. 2. The communication with managers is bad 3. No toilet paper 4. No ANY kitchen stuff. It’s just a big empty kitchen. 5. !MOST IMPORTANT! we got insects in the bed. We got bites from them.

Scammers

only location

-Staff scammed me multiple times. Ask you to give them cash and get automatic debit card payment later. (Also, Booking.com here in UAE won’t help for a refund or a partial refund. And they leave this kind of cheap “hotels” do whatever they want surely because of Airbnb and the lack of demands in the country. But i am certain any other places outside middle east would have refunded us greatly for the nightmare we had there. -They write 24h reception - FAKE -Their location is hidden so you cannot found them even after you paid, it’s made on purpose and they off the phone during the night so you can sleep outside and don’t get any refund.

Communication - facon de parler - je me sentais que je parlais à un directeur générale ou bien HR d’hôtel ou bien palais 7 star - service client mauvais service et le plus dur comment ils viennent dans notre chambre pour nous informer que nous devons partir, ils arrivent avant 10 minutes et continuent à frapper à la porte, ils vous disent 10 minutes pour sortir après ils restaient à côté de nous pour sortir et ils continuent à dire plus vite y a avait pas de temps 🤷je sais pas comment une application comme booking international tous et parfait j’avais aucune problème avec vous durant 11 années a donner une chance pour des hostel comme ça 🤔j’espère de croirez encore de vous contrats avec eux merci booking ❤️mohamed vous saluer tous la famille booking
