House keep mainly lady. Very rude and arrogant way of approach with my family. No cooperation. Not even ready to provide daily things like water and soap.

Stayed here for 3 nights working remotely. I was assigned to a smoking room but had to request to be moved as the room’s smell was very bad. There was not smoke vents in the room so the smell was just too much. I was moved to a different room in the 10th floor but the internet is very bad, there was no signal at all! I was very disappointed but I would like to commend ***, the staff from the reception as she was very kind to ask me to reconsider cancelling my stay and she was gracious enough to upgrade me to a 1 bedroom suite. The room was spacious, it was clean, and the internet connection was way better. I had breakfast on the restaurant on the ground floor, and the selection is really great. Overall, it was supposed to be a very unpleasant stay but Kim helped me to make my stay comfortable. She was very kind and assisted me all throughout and made sure I was comfortable during my stay in the hotel.
