I had a very uncomfortable experience during my stay. I requested a cloth rack from reception and was told it would be sent shortly. After waiting for around 10 minutes, I went to take a shower. During that time, housekeeping rang the bell a few times, and before I could properly respond, the staff opened my room door without permission and entered to place the rack. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of privacy. No staff should enter a guest’s room without clear permission. Additionally, I had requested the same item on the day of check-in and was made to wait for almost an hour with repeated follow-ups, only to be told it was not available. I had even informed reception the night before to deliver it in the morning and leave it outside the room, but this instruction was ignored. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The hotel seriously needs to improve its service and respect for guest privacy.

The location is excellent, close to shopping and with reliable Wi-Fi throughout the stay. The cleanliness and staff service were impressive, making the experience comfortable. Amenities were well-maintained, though the hot water was inconsistent at times. Overall, the facilities meet expectations and offer good value for money.

At Hotel Reception, My passport was instead in machine more than 10 times by receptionist and slightly damage it. Reception team doesn't know how to scan the passport?? I booked hotel for 8 Nights. Everyday my access card was not working. I need to go everyday to reception and Reactivate it. I requested for access card validity upto my check out date. However, reception team is unable to do it and everyday it was expiring. This is due to Non technical people at reception with limited knowledge and limited courtesy towards Guest.
