Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our bags, which was disappointing. In addition, on our second day, I called reception before leaving at 11:00 AM to request room cleaning. After spending the entire day on a tour during this summer, we returned expecting our room to be cleaned. However, the room had not been serviced, and even the used glasses had not been replaced. This was quite stressful and disappointing, especially since we booked a Privilege Room and expected a higher standard of service!!!!!
