We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was clean, the amenities were great, and the whole experience was just amazing. Special mention to Ms. Quinora at the front desk for being so accommodating and easy to talk to. It really shows how exceptional Filipinos are when it comes to hospitality.
We’ll definitely be coming back every time we visit Abu Dhabi, this will be our go-to hotel from now on. ✨🏨🇵🇭

I had a very disappointing experience at Mercure Hotel Downtown during my recent stay.
I had booked my reservation online in advance, and the check-in time was clearly stated as 2:00 PM. However, upon arrival, I was asked to wait for almost an hour because the room was not ready. This was extremely frustrating, especially since I had already reserved the room ahead of time.
Additionally, I had specifically booked a room with two beds, but I was informed at check-in that it was not available. This is unacceptable.
The staff’s attitude only made matters worse. They were unhelpful and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused, which made the entire experience feel even more unpleasant.
The valet service was another major issue. It took nearly an hour to get my car during my check out. When I approached the staff to ask about the delay, I was told I could simply take the key and get the car myself. This completely defeats the purpose of valet service and reflects very poor customer service.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The lack of organization, poor communication, and indifferent staff made my stay extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
