ERTH Hotel.

I just love everything about this hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean however upon checking in they mentioned that the pool and beach side is under renovation so we can't utilize it but we can have access to the olympic pool. However, the olympic pool is literally an olympic pool full of people doing swimming lessons and trainings so it seems like we can't go there to relax. They also have a bowling place beside the Al Rimal Restaurant which we thought were free as we are guests however its 40dhs per person and only 1 lane is working so if there are people waiting then you have to wait till they are done and no booking for it. The gym is very big and most of the machines you will need are there and they have a lot of it so you dont have to wait for other people if they are using the maching you want. When you check in and actually go to the hotel it seems very clean and peaceful and quiet like you are in a wellness center or hotel however we got a bit disappointed when we saw the quilt or the blanket was very dirty (i have the photo but the agoda pictures aren't working) and they only change the blanket cover which makes it look like its clean but its not. It made us disappointed as we slept on that bed thinking that its very clean however seeing whats underneath and all is not really good

Beautiful hotel with unique ambience and a tranquil local character, in contrast to some of the more well-known hotels. All restaurants on premise fantastic—access to Etizan fitness and breakfast buffet worth hotel stay price just by themselves. Delightful private beach, I’ll return next time to experience the pool once it’s finished renovating. Only negative thing to share is that the fridge in my room was broken, but staff was very quick and considerate by swapping it out for a working unit in under an hour from my initial notice.

We stayed on 27 May during the Eid holiday, and while booking it was not mentioned that the main pool was closed. The hotel felt very empty, with no holiday atmosphere at all. There was no music at the beach, and the sea was not the best. The staff were very friendly, and the food was good, but overall the facility is very large, very quiet, and feels like it is in the middle of nowhere. I wouldn’t recommend it. The pool area might be good, but unfortunately we could not experience it.
