Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. The reception staff were very professional and greeted us warmly with genuine smiles. We truly appreciated that they even gave us a room with a great view.
The food offered a wide variety of choices, and everything we tried was delicious. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities, especially the gym, sauna, and jacuzzi.
Unfortunately, we didn’t get to try the steam room as it was always occupied, but that just gives us something to look forward to on our next stay at the InterContinental Hotel.
A big thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We were upgraded to the residence which was beautifyl but that made us go up and down to the main hotel as the facilities at the residence were under maintainance. The dinner was average but the breakfast spread was amazing. Sadly we did not get to use the spa and pool which looked good but closed quite early.

Had a wonderful experience at the InterContinental Hotel. The hospitality was warm and welcoming throughout the stay. A special thanks to Kaena for being so kind, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect. Truly appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Overall rating: 9/10.
