The hotel doesn't have its own parking where you need to pay 27 dirhams per day for premium parking (if available) or around 15 dirhams for standard parking. The apartment had one AC control panel controlling the full apartment, and the rooms doesn't feel cold after increasing the fan level / reduce temp. One bathroom available, two tissue boxes available in the apartment, no extra water bottles even after requesting (need to go to supermarket to buy), and not recommending for family.

I highly recommend Ecclipse.Their apartments are well appointed and very spacious. The concierge and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. When people book and an apartment the basic reason is to have a kitchen (and the laundry) otherwise you may as well stay at a hotel. We found the kitchen was not fully equipped and some parts not functional. I think they should improve the offerings in their kitchen. We had a problem with our door that kept buzzing randomly at different times during the night, that caused lots of sleepless nights, unfortunately.

Four of us stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We got a spacious two-room suite, comfortable beds. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and at your service for all questions. The hotel is not newly furnished, but everything is in order. The location is excellent, close to shops and affordable restaurants. We felt safe. Excellent service for a good price.

Housekeeping service is not good at all, rooms are so old, washing machine with horrible smell and it closes with difficulty, fabric softener drawer is blocked, housekeeping was missing changing the towels or providing fresh water every day or replacing empty tissue boxes.

I stayed at the Eclipse Boutique suits for two nights. It's is well-located close to the beach and the World Trade Centre mall. Many shops are offered around the neighbourhood. Room service is available 24 hours ansnthe food is really good and reasonably priced. The apartment was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The bed was of a good quality but there is occasional noise from other guests. Unfortunately warm water in the bathroom is limited because the heating system is not providing enough warm water to have a shower. Taking a bath in the bathtub is not possible as warm water is not enough no matter how much time you leave the switch on.

A convenient and affordable hotel to stay in. Excellent service from the staff there, Shahrukh was particularly helpful and helped us get around the city in the city in the hotels car. My biggest issues with the hotel were lack of facilities (no pool, but we knew that when we booked) and the slightly dated rooms/decor. All clean and tidy though.

The employees are really kind, the hotel looks good but is a little old, it needs to be refreshed. The cleaning could be better in the bathroom. The breakfast didn’t worth it, the coffee wasn’t good, the orange juice is not made with oranges and there’s not a lot of choice. It’s ok to stay one night especially thanks to the welcoming and helpful employees.

Kitchen The washing machine drawer was broken and there was a cockroach inside the drum. The microwave was filthy. The ceiling needed painting. Bathroom There was mould around the bathtub, and when you open the door the ceiling tiles lifted up and was covered in greasy handprints. The towels were all old and stained and we had to ask several times to have them replaced before they gave us new ones. Living Room The rug was dirty and the room had a musty smell to it. Bedrooms The windows were so filthy you could barely see through them and one pillow was dirty and stained.
