We didn’t stay & asked to cancel & refund. Still not received !

Actually we decided not to stay at the property as it was below our expectations. I requested the booking to be cancelled and asked for a refund accordingly. As advised, I sent an email with the details, but I have not yet received the refund.

The price of room is quet expensive for the service.

Washroom is dirty, bed is shaking its giving sound. Dont have even service water. You can hear the sound of door of washroom while someone opening or closing. AC temperature is hot thermostat is not accessible.

Elite community Stay

The number that's is pinned here you can call several times while no nobody answer , the location sent was wrong , I kept on calling their manager number but there was no response, it took me more than 1hr trying to locate the location, since he was not answering my calls they dont offer towel in the room ,instead they charge for towels 10dh. The washroom floor was always wet and water drops from the bathroom roof

تجربة سيئة جداً للأسف. موقع المكان في الخرائط غير واضح، والتواصل معهم متعب بشكل كبير. الاستقبال أسلوبه غير احترافي أبداً. الغرفة ضيقة وغير نظيفة إطلاقاً، والسرير وصخ واضطرينا نشتري مفرش جديد بسبب سوء النظافة! دورة المياه قديمة ومتهالكة. والصور في الموقع مختلفة تماماً عن الواقع! بصراحة ما أنصح فيه نهائياً.

استقبال الموظفة جينفر كان بقمة الاحترام و التقدير لي اشكرها علي. معاملتها اللطيفة نظافة الغرفة ما في. وصف اوصفة بالفعل نظافة و يعطيكم العافية كل الشكر و الاحترام و التقدير للموظفة جينفر من افضل الموظفين بكل الفنادق الي تعاملت معاهم جينفر و جنات و طبعا الأستاذ علاء أتشكركم و بالتوفيق للجميع
