AC central duct was very dirty not cleaned in many years , got me very sick and acute inflammation in my lungs. Room smell not good. Not same room I saw on application Toilets have no tissues, soap very bad quality, parking down stairs is a huge problem, I keep going around every time not less than 1 hr to find parking.

Very poor and miserable

There was no breakfast provided. The rooms are below standard and the kitchen is poorly furnished. There was no gas for half of the time of our stay. All guests complained about the deception at booking time

The water likage in the bathroom should be fixed. The beds are narrow to the extent that I fell down one night. Air BNB means breakfast is included but there was no breakfast. Gas run out and from our 5th day until our checkout it was not refilled

Would not reply about which apartment number the booking was in for 3 hours. Finally when I had a woman call, they texted the unit number. One guy is openly sarcastic about anything to you ask about the place. Another one of them stopped by my room to yell at me asking how on earth I brought my carbon road bike indoors as if I had dragged a wet bag of batts labeled Ebola on it to let me know he is one of the bros just in case I didn’t catch the reason why a guy I’ve never seen before was chewing me out. One of the jr bros followed me out while I was checking out to make sure I left a stellar review for my stay. I usually don’t leave negative reviews or any reviews period but this place is just weird. They sent me to the wrong building when I first received booking confirmation to which I asked for a cancellation causing them to make an executive decision to administer the don’t reply except to pass me over to the next bro like a game of hot potato for 6 hours. Basically spent 9am til 10pm calling the UK service number and lost most of what I needed to do the first day there. The bros decided to make sure I felt some kind of constant awareness that they didn’t appreciate my cancel attempt as if it was some direct shade a customer was trying to inflict upon them. I guess the bros just don’t play.

The jr bro seemingly filled with determination to get the stellar review hands me my bag that I left on check to visit my lawyers office before left for good. I tell him about my check in experience of finally getting into the place 12 hours later than expected as I check in at 1am the next day. Without missing a beat his quick and confident reply was “yeah but did we let you in still when u arrived at 1am?” Then follows my out yet still to remind me that it’s policy to pay 25dh to valet a bag in the apartment and points to a frame on the wall that says the same. I actually wanted to pay so that I can not be involved in the conversation and he interjects “Ooooo, it’s cash only” and points again to the frame on the wall like we are at a bank that holds my accounts and things written on paper and framed literally means this way is the only way.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and while the location is quite good and convenient

I was disappointed with several aspects of the accommodation and facilities. • None of the kitchen appliances were functioning properly. The microwave oven and gas stove were not working, and both the refrigerator in the room and the one in the kitchen were non-functional. • One of the toilets had a faulty flush, and another had a flickering light that was quite inconvenient. • The bed provided was in a damaged condition, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. • There were no staff members available to discuss or resolve these issues during my stay. • The balcony area was poorly maintained and not clean. • Additionally, there was no visible signboard, which made it difficult to locate the hotel. Considering these issues, I feel that the stay did not offer value for the money paid. I hope the management will take necessary action to improve the maintenance and overall guest experience.

I only enjoyed the view from the balcony. My room was not the room that I paid for. The guy continued to tell me that it was and that no other room was available!

I did not like the old, ugly, and tack furniture. My original room that I paid for was next door. Someone else was given my room while I had the ugly room. Then the bathroom sink was broken. To make up for the mishap, I was given a red apple fruit, an ink pen, and a small notebook.......which is terrible compensation for such a disgusting stay.
