I don’t like who is the one on the phone talking to me is rube .he said whatever we want to talk we have to talk with booking.com. Not taken responsible at all.it is not right location on the map . I need to walk 15 minute from the maps location to real location. Customer service is not related with 5 star or 1 star .it is coming from heart.0 customer service

Scammers

Nothing. They were scammers.

They were scammers. We booked two big rooms for four adults, each with a bathroom and kitchen. But they gave us very small rooms with only one small bed in each room, not enough for two adults. When we went to the place shown on Booking.com, a man met us and took us to a different location. When I complained on Booking.com, they got angry and even told us to leave instead of giving us the correct rooms.

It's totally a scam. I booked a deluxe queen room with a TV, fridge, etc., and at the end, they provided us with just a partitioned room. No hand soap in the toilet, no slippers in the room or toilet, and there were no towels.

What I received was nothing like what I booked.

There was nothing I liked!!!

I booked the Deluxe queen room offered on booking.com. It is 35 m2, I was given a 12 m2 hole. The booking page listed a private kitchen and did not list a shared bathroom. Staff: when I complained I was told to go elsewhere. I received no response to my refund request. Amenities: The room had a chair with a broken leg, which was not replaced after 5 days and repeated requests. The wardrobe was disgusting. Cleanliness: the kitchen was unusable, the shared bathroom had traces of mould. Comfort: a single pane of tinted glass separated the room next door, all activity could be heard. Value for money: if I had got what I rented, it would not have been cheap. But it was really bad like this. Location: As I came for my work, it was not the best for me. The promised parking around the house was not available. Only residents can park in the area, with the exception of a few parking spaces. If you arrived in the afternoon, it was very difficult to find a parking place, it took a long time to find a parking place for a long distance. Looking around the site I saw that there was 1 of the advertised rooms and 7 small rooms. Hearing the dissatisfaction of others there, everyone booking the Deluxe Queen room but no one got that one. Air conditioning, if there was one, could not be controlled. It was generally warm.
