Worst experience in Dubai with prestige stay despise the good name and trust of booking.com

I didn't avail of this residence because it's filthy, very small, smelly, and unable to live. The bed was so small, even not enough for one person. So, I decided to cancel the booking and informed you and the owner of the property. The room was entirely different from the picture displayed on the website I intimate via phone call to booking.com and owner of the property, who is neither attending the call nor replying the email regarding the cancellation of the booking because it's just a cabin not that room as shown in the picture on website. I am waiting for the return of my precious money, which I have handed over on the name and trust of booking.com.

Wrong information and pictures shown on the website .The owner is ruthless, non cooperative , arogent, and lier .I hate false and wrong information displayed on the website

الغيت الحجز بسبب عدم وجود اي طريقة للوصول الى الفندق قالرقم مقطوع واللوكيشن غير موجود اصلا على جوجل وارسل لي رقم من بوكيكنج وتم الرد عليه وتم الاتصال مسبقا قبل وااخبرت المكان نفسه وطلب منى ابلاغ بوكينج للالغاء وتم ارجاع فقط 85 درهم من اصل 840

وحاولت الاتصال مئات المرات والخط مقطوع تجربه فاشلة وارجو من الجميع عدم حجز هذا المكان لاني اول مرة احد مكان خدعة مجرد اسم دون موقع او رقم
