A fuir !

Terrible experience – strongly not recommended This was an extremely stressful and completely unacceptable experience. After confirming the reservation, the check-in instructions were unclear and confusing. The location shown on Booking was not precise, and the address provided was incomplete, with no clear building number, making the property very difficult to find. Upon arrival, there was no parking available at all, neither private nor public. Since the buildings are right next to each other, there were absolutely no available spaces, even after driving around the area for nearly two hours. I lost about one hour driving in circles solely because the location was not clearly specified. Despite multiple attempts to contact the host, they took almost one hour to respond and to provide the correct contact person, after initially sending an incorrect list of phone numbers. I contacted the host around 11:00 PM. Between the unclear location, the total lack of parking, and the delayed responses, I was driving around until 3:00 AM. With no solution and no proper assistance, I eventually ended up sleeping in my car. After finally receiving a response, we went upstairs to see the rooms. They were very small, did not appear clean, with shared bathroom and toilet facilities, and there was a strong smell of spices throughout the place, making it very uncomfortable. I do not understand how a place like this can be listed on Booking. Platforms should seriously take guest reviews into consideration. This level of disorganization, lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for guests is completely unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from booking this place. It is honestly one of the worst choices you can make.

Fair for this price, I would recommend and probably come back.

The price is definitely fair, room was small, but there is enough space to unpack and sleep. The bathrooms were also ok. The location was really nice, but a bit hard to find at the beginning. Amazing staff, really helpful, open and patient!

Sometimes the bathrooms were totally wet. I’m not sure if some people just don’t know how to shower, but it looked like there was literally a flood, which stayed there for a couple of hours. Also toilet paper was finishing quite often, I had to use my tissues.
