Friendly staff made the difference

Upon our arrival, we had a few issues, but Alaa’s exceptional kindness and quick intervention made everything smooth, along with Zayed and Jane, went above and beyond to assist us. Jane provided unconditional support, always willing to help me move my things, and the room cleaning was impeccable. I truly appreciate the team’s efforts to make my stay comfortable.

As a recommendation, inform guests at check-in that smoking inside the room is prohibited, and consider providing fans in rooms without balconies. Air conditioning should be managed by management to maintain optimal conditions.

"The hotel we stayed at in Abu Dhabi looked nothing like what was shown on Booking.com. The room was absolutely tiny, and there were five or six smaller rooms within the main room, each only big enough for one person. All six bedrooms had to share a common bathroom. It was a complete scam! I would never stay here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to my friends."

So bad

I go there and no body there to attent me .. Then i call then I wait him more than 30 mnt ,and i saw the property too bad . Room and the total property no safety … that’s why i didn’t stay there … I loss my money … it’s okay but don’t recommend this property for anyone they are cheating 🙏 Even for location I contact 3 person they give me 3 locations… everything problem so please check the property first 🤝

Employ more works to elevate the service

Giving one towel to two people yet I may booking i indicated a couple,I really like and ut was amazing to me and my wife

I liked everything because even using the washroom we waited for almost 2hours due to the number of many people in different rooms sharing the same bathroom.And lastly it's only one gentleman who is really kind but trying his best to serve everything on different floors

Disappointing,cheat,false advertising.We had to leave next morning.Very stressful

We kept calling their phone#,no answer.We waited till 14:00hr.nobody came.The place has no exact street address or suite number & no name or sign!!The room they gave us was not the room we booked by foto on booking.com.(no sofa,no TV) No WiFi in the rooms.not clean.one shower room for. 9 rooms!!

- مجموعة مصرية الجنسية يأجرون غرف داخل فندق لايملكونه. - لا يوجد لوكيشن - لا يوجد موظفين استقبال في الفندق - تم حجز 3 غرف مشتركة واتضح لنا عند الوصول ان الغرف المتبقية انها مستأجرة والمكان في الجناح مزدحم بالاشخاص ولا يناسب ابدا للعوائل - الباب الخارجي للجناح غير مغلق (لا يوجد امان) - عند الدخول يوجد ملابس مرمية على الارض - السرير غير مهيأ للاستخدام ابدا - الغرف غير مطابقة للواقع اطلاقا - لم استطع المكوث دقيقة واحدة اطلاقا - المأجرين غير متعاونين ولم يرجعوا مبلغ الاجار (حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم) - تم رفع بلاغ في تطبيق شرطة دبي للتحقيق في مشروعية العمل التجاري لهذه العمالة المصرية.
