Upon our arrival, we had a few issues, but Alaa’s exceptional kindness and quick intervention made everything smooth, along with Zayed and Jane, went above and beyond to assist us.
Jane provided unconditional support, always willing to help me move my things, and the room cleaning was impeccable.
I truly appreciate the team’s efforts to make my stay comfortable.
As a recommendation, inform guests at check-in that smoking inside the room is prohibited, and consider providing fans in rooms without balconies. Air conditioning should be managed by management to maintain optimal conditions.
