The breakfast was very good, the hotel had some good amenities such as a business center and a cafe inside

The rooms have no heating making them extremely cold, the bathroom had some plumbing issues which the hotel staff were in no rush to fix, the lobby area of the hotel was very small and crowded

Zero maintenance

Wallpapers are damaged from moisture. Curtain is damaged Bin is old and damaged, how they cant replace a bin. Furniture being old is sometimes okay but old and damaged and you are not replacing it. In general the room and toilet in a very bad condition

Staff members were nice and helpful

Very strong smell on mold in the room. Bed sheets and pillows were also smelly. Hotel needs serious renovation. I kept my suitcase closed but still didn’t help. My clothes smelled on mold as well. That’s the big issue.

It was ok but hotel needs a proper refurbishment

Good for a 1-2 nights stay but no longer. Quite old hotel with some unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Breakfast mainly for Indian visitors, lack of choice for European tourists. Reception was helpfull and kind. Good location and a nice playground area near by if you travel with toddlers. Swimming pool area nice and clean.

We felt really appreciated , and we had a nice stay for the value of money spent !

The hotel is next to corniche area , near to old town, accessible to tourists and all the shops . Hotel is an old building but very well maintained and pleasant for the value of money. Strongest part is the staff , attitude and helpful for any situation. Breakfast very good and efficient . Room was big enough for 3 person. Our congratulations to Mr Julian the reception manager was great and deserve a great award . He made our journey easier . Thanks to all .

Initially the valet parking man didn’t want to park our car he asked me to park the car. However that concierge were good. They came and said it’s their job to park my car and they’ll do it. Thank You The hotel is very dated and a lot of things were broken or faulty in the room. The worst part is we couldn’t sleep as there’s bed bugs on the mattress and we kept getting bites so we stayed awake. I booked this place as a means of 4/6 hour interval rest after landing at Abu Dhabi 2am so just wanted to sleep and leave in the morning to my booked hotel for my stay in UAE. I paid UK £112 for t free night to stay here and it’s a waste of money as I didn’t get any rest or sleep and have bites on my body from bed bugs

I like The location Its in the heart of abu dhabi. Near to all.

No complimentary water when we arrived. Needed to ask. No paper and pencil when i needed to write down something. When we extended our stay, the oerson in the reception made a mistake on how much i will pay, ending up on giving us free breakfast just to correct the bill i have paid. We di not usually eat breakfast. So i paid for breakfast which we do not enjoy having at all.

Nice breakfast, the coffee isn't the best, but lot s of food options, although you have to hunt someone down to order eggs.

I wasn't a huge fan of the coffee, and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, but these were small things really.

I’d like to sincerely thank the reception team for their warm and professional service during my stay. A special mention goes to Manager Mostafa, who truly went above and beyond to turn my experience around. Although I was initially unhappy with the room, Mostafa handled the situation with such professionalism, kindness, and efficiency that he completely changed my impression. His helpful attitude and genuine care made me feel truly valued as a guest. Thanks to him and the excellent front desk team, my stay ended up being a very positive one.
