Room was big and breakfast food selection was acceptable taste was very nice
Receptionists lacked focus. We are couple who booked 1 king size room but has put us in a 2 twin bedrom-we have to relocate to other floor; good that the boy initiated the call to get us an appropriate room. Location of the room was the side of the building without a good view. Smell of the room and toilet was not nice-did not smell fresh nor clean. Remote of tv was not working. No available slippers where in the booking it was mentioned. Call the reception 2x but nobody came. It is only when i called housekeeping that they provided.
