Nice staff, Modern and clean hotel

I was given a free upgraded room to a suite, which was very modern and clean. Even offered me a free late checkout. Shame i couldnt take advantage of that!!.

Dirty teaspoon in cup was the only flaw in a lovely room. Think cleaner forgot to change it.

Nice for a couple of days and a city trip. It’s not recommendable if you want to go to Abu Dhabi for relaxation.

When we arrived we didn’t get our booked room, so we had to stay one night in another room, which had a strange fouly smell and the shower wasn’t really clean. The day after we managed to get our new room, which was very nice. The water in the shower was a mix of extremely hot and boiling hot and the toilet flush didn’t work properly. But all our complaints were taken seriously and our bathroom got repaired immediately.

New hotel with state of the art rooms! Nice reception staff. Loved the free sauna and steam room! Water filtration system in the room for unlimited filtered water is a very nice touch for this hot city!

My stay at the Mecure was great. The staff really kindly upgraded me to a suite which was very much appreciated. The room was large and very clean. The room also had a smart tv which meant I could watch YouTube in bed.

The bathroom was rather small and had a funny smell .

Great option for Abu Dhabi.

The room is big and very clean. The message on the TV on arrival was the cherry on top and made my day. The amenities are more than plenty. The Sky Bar has an amazing view of the city, the beer is cold, and the peanuts are the best that I have eaten. Also the pool at the 19th floor is outstanding, with the water that is constantly heated. Amazing staff; the food tasted amazing. Wide range of options from which you could choose. If you go, choose the breakfast and even lunch option if available.

The surroundings of the hotel, but due to the fact that there was a new building emerging next to it, it's understandable. The fact that the taxis did not find the location that easily accessible, and we had to walk to meet the Uber.

The hotel location and overall condition is good, as it is newly renovated

There was continuous construction noise next to our room, which made our stay extremely unpleasant. We paid USD 250 for one night in the Mercure Suite, and despite raising the issue with staff, nothing was done. The next morning (Sunday), when we hoped to sleep in and have a relaxing start to the day, the construction noise started again around 10am. We reported it to the front desk, and although they acknowledged the complaint, they said they were “too busy” and would call us back within 5 minutes. Instead of resolving the issue, we received a call nearly two hours later, only to remind us to check out. The staff clearly did not know how to handle the complaint, and the issue was completely ignored.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Huge thanks to Roshani at the front desk for the warm welcome and to Mahesh in housekeeping for keeping everything spotless. Sai from the concierge team went above and beyond. Highly recommend!

New hotel with solid facilities.

The room was nice! I like the big TV, but I could not watch anything except YouTube and regular channels. It's well-lit and luxe in quality as a whole, and everything is new. Valet was helpful. Internet is very good.

The view wasn't good. Soundproofing was weak. I didn't like the breakfast in terms of food quality (except omelette), but it was comfortable and chic. Reception staff could use some training.

Le surclassement a sauvé la note

Surclassement sans avoir payé.

Travaux devant l’hôtel pendant tous le séjour, non prévenu au moment de la réservation, taxi et uber non accessible devant l’hôtel. Mauvaise odeur quand la Clim est allumée. Mauvaise coordination lors du Check-out pour retrouver mes bagages, arrivée presque en retard à l’aéroport.
