Unforgettable stay, everything was close to us!!

The location was perfect in the middle of the downtown, and everything were near us like groceries, restaurants, and laundries. Moreover, the hotel was very cozy and the staff were very kind and helpful, I would like to thank Louie, Femi, Arshad, and all staff for their tension to help and make our stay very convenient.

Good value but disorganised...

Good value and very friendly staff. We are a large family of six and we're happy to find a hotel with a suite big enough for all of us that was affordable. Breakfast was included as well.

Things felt a little disorganised. We had a long journey with young children and when we arrived our room wasn't ready despite it being pre-booked and us arriving nearly two hours after check-in. It took over 45 minutes to check us in while we were asked to sit in the lounge; no-one came to update us or offer us tea/coffee/water while we waited. In the end, we went to try to find out what was taking so long only to be told that the room still wasn't ready. We couldn't wait any longer and had to leave our luggage with the porter to go to an event we we had travelled to Abu Dhabi to attend, without accessing the room to freshen-up, change out clothes, have a drink, etc. which did impact the enjoyment of our evening.

Shocking experience very bad

Male House keeping open the door on us while we were sleeping we are females, its scare me so much first time in my life experience something like this in hotel. When I complain they say this our policy house keeping will knock the door 3 times if no respond they will inter, i was dumbfounded , never again i will come for my safety .
