This is a five-star hotel located in the main business district. The room was very nice and clean (thank you, Bhanu! it was so clean and tidy!) with a comfortable bathroom. The front desk was to me beyond five stars. People were doing their job and did not make me feel I was the one paying of the stay. The best part was the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, in particular our waitress Roby was a gem. She was pleased to see us and offered to help with anything we needed, always nearby. She has a wonderful personality and her smile is welcoming to foreigners. Roby made our stay worthwhile and she is the perfect representative of a five-star hotel. I recommend this place to all travelers - you've got to stay here because you will create unforgettable memories ...

Clean & lovely they upgraded me to a one bed apartment which was so lovely to be in.

The location is good, given the city, in an area around multiple restaurants and stores. The staff were stunning. Friendly, helpful and always happy to assist. We would like to recognise the guys at the reception and at the restaurant.

Perfect!

First of all - huge room. Perfectly clean! Linen, towels, bathrobe - shining. Location - perfection. In the heart of Abu Dhabi, literally. I enjoyed the view on the street (felt like in a movie, cool) In the photos rooms/bathroom don’t look that good or big. I was kinda nervous when booking but reality exceeded my expectations. I am happy I chose this hotel for my trip. About pool - nice, warm, again, photos are not as good as reality. Plus pool was open till 10PM which is very very good! Around many good restaurants and shops. Bonus: I got delicious birthday cake as a present and for that I am thankful to hotel & staff.

The parking area is on the street and they keep the basement parking for the long term residents which causes a recently washed car get dirty almost instantly and if there is any damage there is no accountability for it.

Friendliest staff! Shouts out to Mr. Mena, Mrs. Johnna, Mrs. Thei, Mr. Aron, Mr. Dipak and the pool attendants and all of Cafe 302 and the housekeeping staff for their great hospitality, cooperation and friendliness. I’ve been a guest in the hotel for 4 times and it definitely will not be the last. Thank you all for your kindness and help to make my stay comfortable and trouble free.

To some extent was a bit challenging to get a taxi ride. I would prefer to have a smart TV instead of a normal one. The hotel card keys required continuous validation.

The twin rooms are pretty spacious for a family! And the rooms are clean and quality items everywhere. I have stayed in many hotels. So did not know what to expect. However exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had good variety. Housekeeping everyday. Towels changed etc
