Good but far from airport, I would suggest to take an taxi instead of taking the bus

A comfortable stay with very kind staff — especially the helpful and professional receptionist.

The staff were exceptionally kind and supportive, especially the lady at the reception. She was always helpful, respectful, and patient. The atmosphere of the hostel was calm, safe, and friendly, and the location was convenient for transportation and daily needs.

There was nothing major to complain about. Only the wardrobe in the room was a bit small for larger luggage, but the staff kindly helped me find a solution.

Courteous Staff, Good Budget Option for Solo Transit

- Staff was very polite and courteous - Food can be conveniently ordered from a nearby joint – receptionist helped, and payment was possible by card or cash - Though not right next to the airport, it’s around 20 minutes by Uber – a budget-friendly option for solo travelers with connecting flights

The location is excellent it's in the city and near the bus station and mall very easy to locate. The staff also sent me an instruction on how to get there it's very convenient.

It could have been better if someone didn't take my food on the ridge :(

Absolute value for money.

Everything was good right from the location, to cleanliness, facilities, good staff behaviour. It’s located just 5 mins walking distance from Al Wahada bus terminal which is the most important bus terminal in Abu Dhabi. From there you get bus for everywhere including Dubai. The hostel has kitchen where you can cook. Lots of cheap restaurants nearby also.

The terms and conditions were not clear in the booking page. I would like to stay in the ladies only hostel.I found out my booking was in the the mixed gender room.To change that and stay in the ladies only I had to pay 100 aed extra which I didn’t budget for.

women who worked there is extremely rude - invasive - and narcissistic - do not respect people in the bedrooms - changing what you booked - turned away bookings because of weight - refused what they wanted - again changed what they booked because they wanted to control anyone that entered - clean 2 times a day - leaving water on floors and whatever was left behind in shared showers - would tell people to go out and purchase cleaning product to clean toilets that where dirtied and clean yourself - if someone complain about people snoring or making very little noise in a room that was share with 6 - the persons that snored was berated and moved - she would not move the person that was complaining - would tell the people that snored to get a private room or risk being kicked out - the one complaining should be asked to get a private room - it's a hostel - you will experience all sort in the sleep - you get want I am saying - she is Indian and would favour any Indian person that entered and be watching any others with hawk eyes and micromanage their coming and going - if they were in their room during the day - berating that the room are for sleeping - not to be sitting there on you r laptop or phone - again - people that complain during the day that they wanted to sleep for no reason would get preferential treatment and she would again berate the other to get a private room - she needs to worry about doing her job instead of inserting herself in things that is non of her business- that is just a drop in the bucket why not to go - cheaper place but not worth the rudeness and the complaining people that feel entitled in shared rooms - another thing - the AC goes on after 10 pm at which point you do not sleep because you are shivering under your covers - I do not exaggerate -if you are there one day - you will experience 1 % of this - Do not get a shared room if you are going got complain about the others in the room - get a private room! Hostel are not Hotel!

Good localisation

bright room, lots of space in the room, lockers with keys, however there were guests who took 2 pieces each,

the bathroom could be clean, the room wasn't even swept, the mattresses were uncomfortable, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no hot water - unless that's what happened to me

Over-all its a good place to stay in Abu Dhabi if looking for a good price and comfort.

About the location of the hostel it is easy to find, a 5 - 10 mins walk from the bus station in Al Wahda, this bus station is were you can get a coach "omnibuses" going outbound from Abu Dhabi towards to other emirates including Dubai. and to the eastern region of the country. By taxi or car use GPS and it is at the back side a few blocks from Al Wahda Mall in Abu Dhabi city. The hostel have an accommodating staff to assist you in checking in, family safe surroundings, And a budget hostel, clean, quiet specially during the sleeping hour. And having access card provided to enter and exit anytime you coming in from exploring the city. I would love to come back again whenever i visit Abu Dhabi.

Great hostel like home

Convenient location near central bus station and other city amenities, very clean rooms and kitchen, excellent value for the money and helpful staff. Cynthia the manager in particular who checked me in at very late hours with a smile and next day she even gave me food and some medicine for my stomach. Thanks mum Cynthia!!

Fair price stay for a night in Abu Dhabi

A good hostel in a wrong city (Or I should say I come at the wrong season.... Abu Dhabi was too hot for me to travel) Clean comfortable bed for a fair price in Abu Dhabi, near to the central bus station and shopping mall.

Not having an enjoyable stay in Abu Dhabi but it was not the hostel's fault.

Very good

Overall a great affordable hostel. Friendly and attentive staff who were on top of cleaning as well as check-in. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with roomy bed. Also had a well equipped kitchen with spacious refrigerators

Biggest issues were the lack of AC in the restrooms and wifi that didn't reach everywhere, namely the kitchen. Could have done with a larger common room as summer in Abu Dhabi limits the ability to use outdoor spaces.

The WC is not clean, no have lift…, and the way they want charge you half day if you arrive before check in time, even it was hard to convince them to use the common WC because i arrived before check in time

The location is perfect. All important sides are reachable.

I don't have complaints but i have suggestions. 1. To rent slippers as you rent a towel, otherwise when a person enters to shower, the shower was become already dirty. 2. Providing city map and give some information related to where to go(if necessary).
