Excellent comfortable rooms. And a very friendly house keeper who makes sure the facilities are clean always.
Not enough kitchen utensils for cooking meals.

One can only tolerate such awful conditions as a last resort and because of the location and low cost.
Building inside is not maintained, garbage, smell and absence of elementary hygiene practices is all around.
Common shower facilities are not well maintained. Dirty.
One wall-mounted AC unit for 2 dwelling compartments separated by a thin wall. Not a solution if you need AC and your neighbour not, or vice versa.
