Terrible experience – could not access property, unsanitary

Completly nothing!

1/10 – Property and building in unacceptable condition I arrived at the address in the evening and had difficulty locating the accommodation. I searched throughout the block for the correct entrance. I knocked on the door of the supposed accommodation and called the provided contact numbers multiple times, but no one answered and no assistance was provided. The hallway and common areas of the building were extremely dirty and unsanitary, with a strong smell of urine, cigarettes, and general neglect. The environment felt unsafe and poorly maintained. With no response and no access to the property that evening, I was forced to urgently book alternative accommodation. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Such conditions and lack of communication are completely unacceptable and can negatively impact a visitor’s experience.

Location is hard to find, elevator is very dirty and small that could accomodate 3 people only, unsafe environment with female travellers as the people living in that property don’t know safe distance in terms of communication and lack of support to property people when being asked.

Disgusting.

Do not stay in this place if you care about yourself. Dirty and smelly! Way too pricey! It’s not worth your time or money. Worst place ever. It was very upsetting to sleep for a night. It was very noisy with cars all night. The room partition meant I had to stay up all night because the man next door snored all through the night. Disgusting place. Dirty bathroom with water all over the floor.

Absolutely nothing

Check in process: when I arrived there was no one waiting for me. It took around 1 hour to contact the host. Security: the balcony doesn't lock. Anyone can jump over from the room next to you and enter your room. Noise: you can hear everything from the street Avoid this place !!!

Not for families. Not to return.

One can only tolerate such awful conditions as a last resort and because of the location and low cost.

Building inside is not maintained, garbage, smell and absence of elementary hygiene practices is all around. Common shower facilities are not well maintained. Dirty. One wall-mounted AC unit for 2 dwelling compartments separated by a thin wall. Not a solution if you need AC and your neighbour not, or vice versa.

I like the system of room and kitchen.

First of all that the location is not same which was shown while booking. No building name was given to identify. I have to take taxi because the location was not so friendly. Once the switch board was not working, I called Mahmud who takes care of this location but no body came to reset it. I had to charge my phone in kitchen and had to use power bank, which I found so turn off. Lift size was small. Have to wait to enter the lift.

I didn't like that I had to wait 1 hour and the owner did not show up, I called multiple times and waited in a building that smells. There's no precise location, so I ended up going to another hotel and didn't stay there.

Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist recht gut, man ist schnell an der Promenade, von da sind es allerdings noch einige Kilometer bis zum Strand. Unten im Hochhaus gibt es direkt einen Lebensmittelladen/kleinen Supermarkt was sehr praktisch ist.

Schonmal vorweg : die Mitarbeiter rauchen in der Küche und auf dem Flur obwohl in der Beschreibung steht dass rauchen nicht in der Unterkunft gestattet ist. Wenn man also eine Nichtraucherunterkunft möchte ist dies nicht das Richtige. Die Betten sind sehr hart, da es kein Lattenrost gibt. Die Matratze liegt auf Holzplatten. Es gibt generell kein Toilettenpapier in den Bädern und generell sind diese nicht unbedingt sauber.. zudem tropft es oben aus der Decke direkt über der Toilette was sehr ekelig ist. Das Zimmer sah absolut nicht aus wie auf den Bildern und hatte auch keinen Balkon, Fenster sind sehr schwer zu öffnen und die Decke ist komplett verschimmelt. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein ca 50x50cm großes Loch zum Nachbarzimmer, da die Klimaanlage je zur Hälfte in einem Zimmer angebracht wurde. Dadurch hört man natürlich jedes Wort und fühlt sich etwas beobachtet. Für den Preis kann man natürlich nicht viel erwarten und ich bin generell auch Hostels mit Mehrbettimmern gewohnt daher sind meine Ansprüche wirklich nicht hoch.. trotzdem hat die Unterkunft mich negativ überrascht.

نصابين، مكان سئ جدا، كلمت موظف الاستقبال النصاب شاف تفاصيل الحجز وطلبت منه أولا اطالع الغرف وجدتها مرة وسخة وصغيرة كأنها قبر حفظكم الله وعندما اخبرته بأنني لن انزل بها وانصرفت، دخلت بوكينج الغيها وردني إشعار إن الموظف قام بعمل تسجيل وصول لي! بالتالي ضيع علي إلغاء الحجز أصلا واستحلوا أموالي حسبي الله عليهم

Ritornerò con un grande piacere.

Ho avuto qualche malinteso quando sono arrivata perché sono sono un tipo diffidente ma tutto e risolto nel miglior modo. Lo suggerisco a tutti per il prezzo basso,la posizione super buona, la camera aveva frigo, un armadio,un comodino,una tavola ed una poltrona comodissima e un grande balcone e una cucina comune con tutte le attrezzature

Prendete solo asciugamani e una lenzuola.
