The accommodation was not as described and was not safe to stay in.

The worst experience I've had so far, and I travel quite a bit (25 bookings last year on this app). I arrived for check-in, but the room was in an unacceptable condition (a cockroach on the floor, mould on the wall, icicle-like buildup on the ceiling, and dirty bedding). The room was also generally filthy and had a bad odour.

When I showed the host the cockroach on the floor, he casually wiped it up with a dirty mop and said it was “no problem,” suggesting it probably came from the "fridge or somewhere" and “it’s not like they’re everywhere.” Relly? Serious! That response made it clear hygiene wasn’t taken seriously. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, I left immediately and did not stay. Run away and save your money.

Kindly note, during checkin time I have noticed this discrepancy. I am totally disappointed by the behaviour of the hostel employee. I would like to escalate this issue to upper management notice that, Booking.com is allowing the property to post it without having enough verification. The room and the photo added in the Booking website is not matched even 1%. Also, yesterday I found that the property doesn't have the ID to raise a complaint. Its a wierd situation about the reputation of Booking.com I reiterate that, the property is doing a big scam/fraud in the name of Booking.com. I lost a small amount of money, but Booking.com is loosing the customers because of this cheap and indecent behaviour of property employee.

Unpleasant stay

I lost my i phone charger cable and the place is too noisy. Full night people are taking bath and walking around the flat.

It's not hotel room. It's a five bedroom flat and you will stay in one room. The price is too high compared to the location facilities. Bathroom is shared by atleast 10 guests.

The location given was not accurate. It took me to a completely different place. I wasted a lot of time and taxi fare before I found my destination. There are 2 toilets in the flat: a bathroom and guest toilet). I couldn't use the guest toilet because there was no light in it. The bathroom was not clean.
