Scam

This is a scam. No private bathroom. No balcony. Just a room with one queen bed. Small rooms within big master room. Reported this to police.

This is a scam. Nothing like what they advertised. Reported to booking, none action taken. Booking is promoting scam like this and no action was taken from them to keep their reputation in Abu Dhabi.

A VERY BAD AND TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE

I am raising this complaint with urgency due to the extremely unprofessional and unacceptable treatment I experienced. The staff on-site were VERY RUDE and showed no respect toward customers. There was no proper receiving area, and despite my efforts to reach the property owner, he did not show up or take any responsibility for addressing my concern. We waited for almost two hours, yet we were still unable to use the booking that I had already paid for and confirmed. To make matters worse, the property owner even accused me of “making drama,” which was both disrespectful and completely uncalled for. I am urgently requesting that serious action be taken regarding this incident, as the level of service and behavior displayed is entirely unacceptable.

I booked for private bathroom but when I arrived at hotel a room my room isn't good , smell bed , Ac not good to working ,the after I sat in the bed suddenly broke And then stuff changed the room to normal room with shared bathroom in the morning I try to called and text via WhatsApp many times but no one pick up read messages without answer

Nicht nochmal

Auf der Buchung stand eine Adresse. Dort war die Unterkunft aber nicht. Erst über WhatsApp wurde mir dann die Adresse zugesendet. Das gebuchte Zimmer gab es aber nicht. Statt eigenem Bad dann Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Bettwäsche hatte Brandflecken. Die Lage dagegen war gut. Booking hat uns 10 € rückerstattet. Ich würde nicht nochmal diese Unterkunft buchen. Booking werde ich weiterhin benutzen.

Keine korrekte Adresse erhalten. Erst auf Nachfrage. Kein eigenes Bad wie vereinbart.

المكان غير قابل للحجز وكأنها غرفه في المستودع The place is not eligible for booking, and it feels like a storage room.

أبدا ما ينفع لا للعائلات ولا للبنات والتعامل جدا جدا سيء وماعليكم من الصور للعلم الصور لفندق آخر وماله خص وهذا مب فندق هذه بنايه فيها العزابيه والعمال وريحة والكل في نفس الشقه كأن شقق مشاركه للعزابيه في الصناعيه It’s absolutely not suitable for families or ladies, and the staff attitude is extremely bad. Don’t be fooled by the photos—those pictures belong to a completely different hotel. This place is not even a hotel; it’s just a building full of bachelors and workers, with bad smells, and everyone shares the same apartment like bachelor accommodations in the industrial area.

Strašný místo, žádné parkování, nulová komunikace s personálem. Na telefonování neodpovídají, na WhatsApp také ne. Po 20 urgencích vystavení faktury za ubytování jsem raději přestal žádat. Divím se Booking.com, že s takovým zařízením a podvodníky spolupracuje. Na rezervaci je fotka kancelářské budovy v Abu Dhabi!! Faktury nemají!!! Spát nešlo kvůli hluku a špíně. Sprcha nad WC mísou, žádné ručníky ani toaletní papír. Odrazuji od návštěvy tohoto "ubytování".

L’hôtel n’est pas propre , beaucoup trop de bruit pour ce reposer , il n’est pas confortable et le personnel est vraiment désagréable pour vous recevoir , c’est un hôtel en étage donc aucune réception au bas du bâtiment , très mal positionné et de plus il vous parle et vous promettent des chose sur whatsap qu’il ne font pas . Je ne recommande pas du tout cette hôtel .
