Old building, under maintained facility, cocroaches, bedbugs. The pictures do not match reality. Asked several times before coming about queen bed. Were given double in a small room. Faulty internet. Non cooperative owners. And overloaded stuff (1 guy working for 30 units in the location)

It was difficult to search location and when we call to staff they were not giving proper information and the way of talking was too rude when we reach there the expectations that we want didn't meet what we want after the staff coordination we went see roo but it was not good we booked 3room with same flat with sharing bathroom but when staff scort us they start to make drama there is just for 3peoole have booked and actual we booked for 6people they start to make us drama and they told us 1room in 9th floor and 2room different flat and we called to there manger he didn't pick up us our call he making drama a lot and it was too much problem I request to booking.com please that they should strictly punish for them for there such behaviour and making drama lots of problem maker by staff .staff didn't realize there mistake still they were shouting to us .

nightmare and complete loss

apart from location, this property is a fraud.. booking.com should not sell such properties as we book assuming booking.com would have done basic checks

no good response from the property owners.. we booked for two adults but we were given a single bed and we kept calling the property owners to sort it out but they were rude and arrogant and asked us to refund and look elsewhere . we were tired after long flying hours and were not in position to look elsewhere and the booking was non refundable by booking.com. please abstain from adding such parties to booking.com as making trips disastrous. by evening after at least 40 calls, they changed to a king bed .

We experienced several issues that greatly affected our trip: Poor room quality: The mattress in our room was faulty and uncomfortable. Lack of staff awareness: The staff repeatedly disturbed us by knocking on our door to inquire about our checkout date, indicating a clear lack of communication regarding guest stays. Incorrect room assignment: Our booking was for a double bed, but we were mistakenly given a single bed. Inaccurate booking information: The location and phone number provided on Booking.com were incorrect, causing us significant inconvenience and requiring us to contact Booking.com customer service for clarification. We hope you will address these issues to improve your service for future guests.

Tudo! Se pudesse dar pontuação 0 dava 0, horrível. Não tenho palavras, liguei várias vezes para o staff e ninguém me atendeu, não havia papel higiénico, nem toalhas no quarto. A casa de banho tinha o tecto a cair, portas todas velhas e estragadas. Havia muito barulho e além disso o quarto era muito frio e não dava pra regular a temperatura. Cama super desconfortável e acordamos com o chão do quarto todo molhado. Pior alojamento.
