Don’t stay here.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the property was in an unacceptable condition and did not match the listing photos provided. I was forced to vacate the premises immediately for the following reasons: Material Misrepresentation: The room provided was completely different from the images shown in the listing. The layout, furniture, and overall quality do not align with what I paid for. Sanitary and Health Concerns: The room had an overwhelming and intolerable odor of urine. As the environment was unsanitary and physically distressing, it was impossible to remain in the unit. Host Response: I contacted the host immediately to request an alternative room or a resolution. The host stated he had no other options available and offered no further assistance.

Owner is very very bad ,he showed different things in booking.com to take the money only,after he doesn't provide what was showing in the pics, really very bad,he charging too much but rooms are not capable to charge that much money, really so much disappointed that day,I went to hospital actually to stay there but he made my whole day uncomfortable really,

The first room had a broken bed, and the second had loud AC noise from the balcony. The toilet smelled bad, there were no towels, and a hole between rooms allowed light and noise, affecting privacy and sleep. The property looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com, which was misleading

A clean, homely stay with excellent service from Fayas, though the building needs improvement and prices peak at busy ti

I stayed here for a month and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very neat, clean, and gave a homely feel. We had full access to the kitchen and washing area at all times, which made the stay very convenient. A special mention to Fayas, the Sri Lankan room boy, who was extremely helpful, polite, and ensured everything was kept in perfect condition throughout. He truly added to the comfort of the stay. While the room itself is great, the building is quite old and not very impressive. Also, the rates can be a bit high during peak times. But apart from that, the atmosphere inside is peaceful and well-maintained. Would recommend it for short to medium stays!

"I had a fantastic stay at the hostel in Abu Dhabi! Ibrahim was an outstanding host — very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The property was clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to major attractions and public transport. The atmosphere was relaxed and made it easy to meet other travelers. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!"

The location is close to the beach and everything you need. I ended up booking for the wrong night and the booking and hostel team helped me.

Ce n est pas un hôtel..personne ne m à accueilli..aucun manager ou personnel n à répondu à mes appels téléphoniques...il s agit d une escroquerie..je vais entamer une procédure judiciaire contre cet établissement..l'immeuble est insalubre..sale..délabré..j ai du dormir dans un autre endroit..personne ne m à accueilli...une honte

Un vrai cauchemar !

A fuir vraiment ! Je JAMAIS aller dans ce logement ! Déjà l’immeuble se situe dans un quartier populaire loin de tout et donc aucune vue sur la mer. Les photos ne correspondent donc à rien de réel, c’est plutôt un cauchemar… C’est très sale, mal fréquenté et sans parler des odeurs. L’hôte ne se déplace même pas pour vous ouvrir la chambre, c’est un voisin vivant sur le même palier qui s’en charge et qui est très désagréable. Nous avons été obligé de partir trouver une autre chambre pour pouvoir dormir, c’est un scandale ! Pour finir, je demande à Booking.com de retirer ce logement de leur site car l'annonce est mensongère et qu’il est même honteux de proposer ce type de logement. —----------------------------------------------------- Really avoid ! I will NEVER go to this accommodation ! First of all, the building is located in a working-class area far from everything and therefore no view of the sea. The photos therefore do not correspond to anything real, it is more of a nightmare... It is very dirty, poorly frequented and not to mention the smells. The host does not even come to open the room for you, it is a neighbor living on the same landing who takes care of it and who is very unpleasant. We had to leave and find another room to sleep, it's a scandal ! Finally, I ask Booking.com to remove this accommodation from their site because the ad is misleading and it is even shameful to offer this type of accommodation.
