The location was very good, close to Corniche Beach and the Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre.

location was good with public transport and taxi available nearby. Since breakfast was not available, one could prepare it in the facility. Helpful and friendly staff.
Drinking water could be made available in the rooms.
No signboard displaying the property name is visible from outside.

Good location
It’s a good affordable place for short term, a few nights. But when I wanted to rent the room for the whole month they try to ask for to much money for a small partition room (you can hear everything) and super small rooms with many room mates. I stay before in a partition room in Dubai where i paid 1.300 dirham (that is a normal price) and i told that, but they keep try to ask for 2.300 monthly price and even making excuses saying but this is expensive neighborhood, not true al Khalidiya is very affordable neighborhood. And other excuses for the too high price.
