The hotel is good and accessible to everything, staff, specially the receptionists are very approachable and helpful.

I like about the property is you can check in early if they have available room, they will not let you wait until the check in timing

It wasn’t as expected washbasin and drainage was chocked up. No hair dryer no hand shower Toiletries are not arranged. Dirty carpets

It has now started to go downhill. I have known it for 30 years and this is the first trip since it became Novel where I have clearly noticed it declining. Such a shame. Specifics: 1. phone to reception didn't work 2. phone to room service - no reply for 5-15 minutes 3. room service initially refused to provide the breakfast on the bar code menu - (only omelette, none of the other trimmings although clearly included on the menu) 4. No soap accessible when having bath 5. The button to change show to bath or vice versa did not work.

I stayed there for 9 days and enjoyed using the pool and walking to WTC ( shown in background of photo) for shopping and

It was a great location central to all malls. The cleaning staff were particularly helpful. Sali went out of his way to clean and helped dry up a water issue on carpet.

The room was very dark as window was relatively small and outside of window bit dusty. Furniture and carpet were dark.

This hotel met our expectations.

The staff in this hotel is extremely courteous and helpful. We were traveling with a lot of baggage and two wheelchairs and they helped us with all that. We got everything that we asked for.The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are like new and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I used the bath tube the whole room was water and I WAS GOING TO FALL DOWN AND BREAK A BONE!! Room smell is awful, the AC IS SOOOOO BADDDDDD, I didnt even stay the night there I left this shitty place

Inconvenient Stay

Not good at all

The bed was very old even it was not suitable to sleep on it, pillows were very uncomfortable. I have to asked for toothbrush and shaving kit which is not available in room upon arrival. The shaving kit was old (not sharp) that I only did my half shave. Breakfast is less variety and cold, americano is tasteless. Kudos only with the location and accessible to most of places in city center specially the World Trade Mall

Good location and very helpful staff

I felt the charges to dry clean the carpet is way over and could be reasonable although the manager was very helpful and kind enough to reduce but I still feel that no guest does anything on purpose plus the washroom didn’t have any drainage within washroom itself

Even with those tiny unconvincing things the stay was extremely good

The stuff was really caring, extremely polite and positive. The room itself seems really vintage, thought) however, everything is maintained well, no dust or dirt, lights are working, water is running, no problems with the hot water what so ever.

There is no fan in the room, the safe is not working, weird socket type aaand no hand shower.

The location of the hotel perfect.

I am not happy with room, there is bad smell in the room and sink sometimes flood with water also there not enough light in the room. The staffs that i meet it in the morning is not friendly and not helpful.

Location, good value for money and excellent staff. Glenn on reception great sense of humour and professional and Riyda in the Beaujolais is legend There have been a lot of noticeable improvements including the beds (which no longer attack your ankles) and a number of F@B initiatives
