    The room is very spacious and it's perfect for a family. Everything was great. Parking service is available. However, the landline was not working, so communicating with the reception was a bit difficult.

    Very nice stay at Grand Villaggio! ❤️Clean and comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staffs even at very late night and convenient location. Enjoyed the pool as well (solo mode) Perfect for a relaxing couple. Definitely worth it and highly recommended.

    I was out for sight seeing and realized that I didn't put housekeeping notification on, so I have called the front desk, gave them my room number and asked for carrying out housekeeping since we had a kid travelling with us and I wanted room to be in place by the time I'm back. However, I have returned at 8pm only to realize bed has not been made, trash was not cleaned up and toiletries were not refilled. On calling front desk housekeeping crew arrived, I have told them bathroom cleaning was not required only they had to make up bed, clear trash and refill toiletries. Next morning when I woke up I have realized that the towels given were too small for us. Besides this issue, rest of all were ok. Kindly take care of these little details especially for customers with families.
