They should check the quality of the bathroom cosmetics. The soap and shampoo have an unpleasant smell, and it is not known whether they have expired or what is causing the bad smell.

They charged me parking fee although I had already paid it online. Some parts of the furniture were broken. Missing glasses.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The music from the bar was extremely loud, even though we were staying on a high floor. We also encountered insects such as cockroaches, and the room itself was not clean. The overall smell of the hotel was unpleasant as well.
The parking is not free, and they charge 20 AED per night. The bed sheets and towels were not clean, and there was no sound insulation between the rooms, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

Receptionist Behavior.I gave my car for parking with additional payment AED 20. They made dirty my car and changed all my settings . Example light i put automatic and they changed settings . When it was night light was not working. Because i was using automatic

The place is okay but not worth the price and I don’t think I will go back again.
There was no enough hot water, I could hear someone else taking a shower from another room. The stuff doesn’t communicate as I left my partner access key at the reception, the one who came for another shift didn’t know and refused to let him in

I would like to express my appreciation for the professionalism and kindness of the Filipina lady at the reception. She was very welcoming and created a positive first impression.
I had a very disappointing experience with a Moroccan staff member on the night shift, who claimed to be the Recreation and Night Shift Manager. He acted unprofessionally, dismissed my concerns, and stated he didn’t care about my feedback.
A minor misunderstanding—easily resolved in a minute—was unnecessarily escalated by involving security and, shockingly, the police. This response was extreme and left me feeling treated more like a criminal than a guest.
After 14 years of hotel stays in Abu Dhabi, this was by far my worst experience. I won’t be returning, and I’ll be sharing this with my network to raise awareness.
I hope the management will seriously review the behavior of the night staff. A hotel’s reputation depends greatly on how misunderstandings are handled — with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
I will be sharing this experience with my professional network, not out of anger, but out of genuine concern for others who might face similar treatment.

I visited the hotel multiple times. It had free parking in the basement. Unfortunately the last visit they said the parking is not free they wanted to charge. For hotel information and consideration, one of the main reason i stayed at the hotel was the free parking. Other hotels don't have parking but provided free valet public parking.
Reinstate the customer free parking.

I always come back to Queen Palace Hotel because of the amazing hospitality of all staff . All staff in the reception lobby were all nice and you feel welcome . They smile and very helpful at all times . Mambo , the life guard offered me free towel and welcomed me in the pool area. He is very polite and happy to help at all times .
I’m in the 10th floor and I could not hear any club , or loud music from the bars or pub . My stay was unforgettable. Good vibes , nice ambience and I love the centralised music.

It is actually good, big rooms and good location!
I book for 2 person but they put 1 towel, 1sleeper, 1 tea cup and 1 brush! There's no hand towel in the lavatory, we don't have to dry up hands after wash!
Just a simple suggestion — small things matter most, so please keep the warmth, thoughtful service, and little touches that made our stay feel special. Thanks😍

There is nothing I liked about the stay. It was the only place left that I could afford.
The staff was nice enough.
Breakfast was very basic and no butter for my toast. The orange juice machine was on too cold so started crystallizing. Not good to drink as I have a cold, made my cough worse. The toaster is old and not safe to use. There are no tables just for two people. The restaurant space is too small.
There other bars and restaurants on floors 1,2 and 3 were none existent. Take the signs off the elevator if they have closed their doors permanently.
The decor is out of date, old style TV, internet didn't work. Beds were very hard and low, almost child sized, not good for my back. Old towel found underneath a new towel. Tripped over the door stop when going to the toilet.
Swimming pool was cold and tiny. Someone switched off the heat. Not the life guards fault. The gym was closed for renovation, looked like been closed for a long time looking at the dust.
Not impressed with the manager. The lady tending to me was trying to get my room key sorted and he interrupted her about another guest. He could have waited 5 minutes until she finished, instead it took longer. That is not good managerial skills, just showing off in front of the guests.
Had to pay for parking 20AED per day. I saw many guests, including me, with a surprised look on their face when they were told this. This should be a service given by the hotel. It would have been better to say no parking provided by hotel, paid parking outside.
I won't recommend this hotel. The whole place needs a full renovation.
