Good hotel, staff and location. Breakfast looks good and tasted ok.

The staff are very friendly and the appartment very nice and clean. I really loved the location nearby The Souk Mall.

The breakfast was really cold, this was a major disappointment. The set up looked good and delicious and the warm food was placed in the shaver disk but no heater or burner below. The pratha, dal and sausages and other food was served cold, even the snacks. We asked the lady to put our plates with food in the microwave. So we could eat our breakfast warm. The next day i went and had my breakfast alone, again the food that should have served warmer was cold or lukewarm. I only ate some fruit and drinked jus and thats it. I filled out a form and hopefully u can improve the breakfast to serve the food and snacks warm.

The toileteries were empty/missing. I asked for an extra towel but no one showed up. There were also some stains in the bathroom.

Size, location, Bedrooms, and Lounge! Overall it was a satisfactory stay. But the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it. I guess it was a premium time of year, but even then there needs to be certain standards that needs to be met.

Wi-Fi was extremely poor! TV channels were not tuned nor was it possible to tune! Due to poor Internet speed, YouTube and Netflix of TV was of poor quality! Room service was below par! The entire property, especially the kitchen needs some TLC as the age of the property is catching up.

Good location, spacious clean apartment

Overall a good stay - large clean apartment, well located for exploring downtown Abu Dhabi Would definitely stay again if need to be in the area. Efficient valet parking.

At times the front desk staff did not understand our requests as their english is not great and sometimes confusing. Due to smoking in the restaurant we had to eat in apartment. Also breakfast not worth the cost.

Budget boutique suites.!!

Apart from location of the hotel nothing was there to like. Bottom line is, no hospitality.

Breakfast was tasteless. Even the items were very limited and they had on policy of refilling the finished item, no matter how early you go for the breakfast. We stayed for two nights and they didn't do the house keeping, unless we had to call them in the evening for the same. They don't provide even water bottles every day except at the time of check in. Lack of cleanliness and poor quality of toiletries. I would not recommend this property for international tourists.

It was good.

Everything was great from cleanliness to space of room and the room amenities.

There was this noise in the room that was really annoying. Like I stayed only for sleeping so it didn't bother me much. But if I had to stay for the whole day I would not have been able to coz of noise.

The smell of the toilet, fridge and garbage are still with left over foods. Receptionist didnt even care to explain that the room is not yet ready and just tell us to move aside. We waited 40 mins (240pm) for the room.

No refills on breakfast buffet

If you are looking for a luxurious stay then dont come here. This is a budget friendly hotel so dont expect too much. I appreciate the receptionists who handled our booking well and was able to give us a room upgrade just to accomodate our needs. The room was clean and the view was great.

There were not much to eat during the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is from 6-10:30am. We arrived 9:45. Its late but the thought that foods were not refilled and worse is they put the blame on us and got called out by a lady staff that its OUR fault we came late. They usually refill food in bfast buffet in other hotels. I guess they have different rules.. Just take note to always come early for breakfast maybe they dont refill foods here.

Month-long stay

The front desk staff were very friendly and approachable. The location of the hotel is very convenient.

The apartment was not very clean (bed-sheets were stained), although it was meant to be a serviced apartment. Housekeeping often came to clean the rooms as late as 9pm, however, the 'cleaning' was only emptying the bins, and occasionally making the bed. Wi-Fi frequently cut out. The washing machine flooded when used.

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious. No issues at all. Only one small inconvenience was the limited parking available, but the attendants offered to circle around and park my car for me which was great.

Not a 4 star hotel

The staff was very helpful and supportive.

First, we had to block traffic to get out and go into the hotel, there was no valet waiting outside and no suitable parking locations. Upon entering the facility we knew we made a mistake, a strong odor was present and we requested to see the room before anything, staff requested our passports and we kept asking to see our room, finally we were shown the room and we immediately said no. The carpeting, furniture, windows, upkeep in general was not that of a 4 star hotel. Staff tried to accommodate with another room but the strong odor in the halls and the deterioration of furniture as well as the status of the bathroom itself made us want to leave immediately.

Bad refills of the elemental things

We enjoyed the over all aspects stays in the hotel. vallet staff were friendly and welcoming and location was perfect for getting around the city.

How ever we didn’t like the cleanliness of the housekeeping. As we arrived back from lunch we notice that they didn’t do the proper way of cleaning mirrors was streaky and dirts on the floor, dirty glasses on the table no refiñl of condiments & water. The ac wasn’t working properly. And the worst things is that u need to dial 3 times to reach the reception as we are waiting for the toiletries and water.

The location is great, close to the corniche and downtown as well. The apartment was well maintained and cosy. Staff were friendly.

Even though there was paid valet parking available, the slip road on which the property was located was too narrow and congested to even drop the car off.

Good but not great!

Location, room size

1-Early check-in was not allowed without an additional fee, even though this was not mentioned during the booking process or when I communicated my arrival time to the host. However, after I spoke with a supervisor, check-in was allowed at 12 noon instead of 2 pm. 2-During the check in process I had to pay 100 AED as deposit, again not mentioned anywhere that has been refunded once I checked out. 3- The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress sagged significantly. Furthermore, the room requires updating and better maintenance – it needs a thorough cleaning.
