The security gentleman was kind to help me with the parking sms and luggage. The elevators are pretty fast and there’s not a long waiting time.

The interiors are dated, slight mold smell in the kitchen. The bathroom has a bad smell coming from the drain I think which spills into the whole apartment . The windows are not sound proof so I woke up at 5 am because of loud noises. The mattress is hard and unfortunately, when I laid my head on the pillow I felt the perfume of what I can only assume is the guest before me. So I am not sure the pillowcase was actually changed before my arrival. I chose the place as they advertised valet and parking - when I arrived I was told the valet does not come until 4 pm and there is only public street parking available that I have to find myself. I asked the hotel staff to send me the invoice both face to face, left them my email and submitted a request through booking and it seems that I will have to follow up a third time through phone as they haven’t sent it. Immediately after I checked In, the maintenance staff knocked on my door and 3 men came to check the fire extinguisher. There’s constant noise on the hallway during the day from the cleaning staff.

A good stay in a good location.

Location is prime (close to major attractions, esp useful if in a business trip). A good sized room and all amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is an added advantage if you would like to experiment with local cuisines or store the leftovers for next day. The living room gives ample space to relax separate from bedroom. Didn’t try their in-house menu but a lot of good eateries around or use a delivery app.

Parking is an issue. It’s only public paid parking and can be tricky to get a slot esp at night. However the staff are very helpful and go extra lengths to help you find a spot. Fitness centre is only namesake.

Clean and spacious with good enough amenities. Not great but in the good category.

Staff was helpful and nice but not always responsive as they should be. There are some improvements required in the room, bathroom and especially in the housekeeping.

I didn't have time for breakfast, hopefully on my next stay. The location is excellent and is very accessible, if you want to go for a shopping just nearby, restaurants are just around the bus central station very near if you would like to travel to other part of the Emirates

The cleaning staff were very pleasant <3

- The environment was extremely noisy during the day. I was unable to rest in the afternoon. - No available parking; I had to park far and carrying my own luggage - Only smoking rooms were available - Only one channel was functioning on the TV - Room Amenities Not Working; the makeup light and hairdryer were not operational, appearing to be decorative rather than functional. - The room was provided with only 2 of 500 ml bottles of water. Any additional bottles were chargeable. This is not a policy I have encountered in other hotels. - Overall, the place did not feel safe or secure, which made me uncomfortable during my stay where I left very early.

Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing experience. The room’s AC was not working, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom had multiple issues — water from the shower drained very slowly, and there was a leak from the ceiling, which made it worse. We were also charged an additional AED 100 for two adults and one teenager, which felt unfair given the poor condition of the room. Definitely not worth the price.
