The location is perfect!! Many restaurants and stores around till late night, la corniche is very close. The apartments are quiet big. The staff was very kind and professional. The room was very clean.

Very nice apartment well-located in Abu Dhabi. Staff was very friendly. Room was very comfy, large and clean. I got late for my check-out an staff was very understanding. Many restaurants and markets near the hotel.

No plugs on the desk, so not very convenient for business travellers who need to work in the room. Other than that, quite convenient option for a stay in Abu Dhabi.

No parking.. you have to park in a multi-floor car parking away from the hotel, and pay the hourly wages for the parking! Insects in the rooms Called the reception to send a trolley for the luggage prior to checking out, no one showed up The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all, you will not be able to sleep unless you are sooooo tired to sty awake

Great 2 week vacation in the City!

It was for our short vacation (from Western Region) and we loved everything about our stay in Uptown Hotel Apartments. Facilities, location, value for money were all great. Ms. Sheryl of reception was very accommodating and responsive to our queries and requests. All of their staff (security, room cleaners, bell boys) have been polite and courteous to their guests. We will be back if there is a need again in the future. This hotel apartment is highly recommend.

I found the staff to be exceptionally accommodating, swift, and helpful. They truly prioritize delivering requests quickly. Ms. Sheryl at the reception desk deserves special recognition for her superb job arranging a time extension, which greatly enhanced my ability to rest well during my stay. I truly appreciated it.

To enhance the guest experience, I recommend improving the cleanliness and scent of the pillows, bedsheets and comforter.

Great location if you need to be downtown Abu Dhabi. Parking is not a problem, the Liwa Street parkade is a 3 minute walk from the premises. We have stayed at Uptown on numerous occasions. Good local eateries in close proximity.

We definitely look forward to coming back again!

We booked two one-bedroom apartments and one studio for two days for a group of eight people during the Eid break, as a short staycation to relax after our offshore work. We were very happy with the location, and the rooms were comfortable and well-suited for our group. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a much-needed break.

However, there were a few minor issues — the hand faucet was leaking, and the curtains were stuck, which allowed sunlight into the room early in the morning.

Good Stay

The AC was cold, and the apartment was spacious.

The corridor had a lot of noise, especially at night, and it was clearly heard from inside the room. Also, the rooms doors slam too hard and produce loud noise as a result. I had trouble sleeping the first night because the doors were slamming from 2 AM To 4 AM every ten minutes.

Very good stay for quality price ratio

The studio was big enough and had a washing machine which is a nice touch in case you need to do some laundry. It does have a microwave oven which comes in handy. There is cutlery and some pans and pots if cooking is needed. They are cleaning the room every day which was a very nice surprise because I was not expecting that from an apartment hotel. The location is very good, near WTC Mall and Corniche.

The overall style of the room is a bit old fashioned, the building looks a lot better on the outside than on the inside. Rooms could use some renovations, especially in the bathroom. The small window in the bathroom was very dirty and had a lot of dust on the net. Could use a bit of cleaning from time to time but overall it was a good experience considering the price.
