Nice stay in Abu Dhabi

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and have all the facility to prepare meals. It has also parking. Pool on the roof is very well mentained and clean. Staff is really polite and friendly. Supermarket is nearby. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Decent place, but logistics are a mess here

Great amenities (even washer), spacious room, comfy bed, respectful and friendly staff. Pool on the rooftop is great. Elevator music is addictive.

We were on honeymoon with my lovely wife here, and we booked 5 nights, two months in advance. Despite this, only smoker room was available at checkin, which was quite an aromatic experience for non-smokers. We did not complain, but they suddenly offered a non-smoking room after two days, and asked us to pack up and move there. We packed up (which is chore), and since we went to Yas Island the whole day, the morning staff said we should leave our bags, they will take care of it and move it to the new room. Upon returning at 10 pm, we learnt that we are not getting a new room, and we should just unpack again in the same one, throw out all the spoiled food that was unrefrigerated the whole day, and enjoy. I mean, what the hell was this process? Weird. They could not explain, and not even a free breakfast or whatever offered for this pointless exercise. The strangest thing was that most of the hotel seemed empty, we saw like 5 other guests in 5 days.

Not a lot. I have travelled a fair deal, and aside some very grubby hostels I visited, this ranks close to those.

The facilities adverstised where not available: no phone in room, broken fridge, no working microwave, TV not functioning, vanity light not working. I lost a lot of food in the fridge when it broke down. The front desk were polite but did not help me out of these situations. The restaurant is not suitable in the evening for women or families as it is a Shisha bar for men with pool table. The "spa" is a "gentlemen's club" if you know what I mean...again totally unsuitable for the regular traveller. I was given a "voucher" when I asked for compensation for all the problems in my room...when I asked for the value as a reimbursement they refused to respond to me. This hotel should not be on booking.com it is not as it portrays itself to be and the rooms, or at least mine, was not well maintained at all and definitely not as described. On the plus side, the hotel was clean, and the free car park was good. Other than that...never again!

Good Hotel

Booked during F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. All hotel Prices were high as usual. Hotel was good located, Clean, Staff Friendly, Breakfast Staff smiling. In Room all you need. Supermarket near.

Breakfast could have better in choice in hot food.Coffee was from a pack to mix, which is not best, but OK. Juice variety could be better.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel..

So over priced. Can’t understand how this is a 4 star hotel. Complete rip off during the Abu Dhabi GP weekend. Old and worn out. Breakfast pretty average as well. Save your money and go to a cafe

Good

Location is ok, but if you are a 3-day traveller you will go with uber everywhere. The pool is ok at the roof and breakfast is normal (they don't have real coffee, just Nescafe). Staff is very kind and the room size is big. (We where 2 adults + 4yro)

The two days we stay the alarm buzzer start sounding at 3am in the night. And they the following day happened the same early in the morning. The hotel is ik general clean, but some spots can be improved.

At the time of booking, operator cnfirmed that i’ll have bathtub in toilet but the room they provide it was just the standard toilet.

Can be improved

Room size is comfortable.

The staff did not provide minor amenities like soap, tissue paper on a regular basis. We had to request for our daily quota a couple of times to eventually get it. The business saves less money and loses customer trust more by employing such kind of saving tactics. The gutter system is not good as we used to get strong odor in our room a few times a day from the kitchen sewer. Water supply was very warm. It was a bad experience to shower with water that burned the skin. Most probably, the hotel has water storage in the open sun. In the month of July, water was unbearably warm.

Spa staff are only girls .. I am a Men. I need gents massagers, I like the price of massages but the staff need gents Bathroom don’t have the Bathtub Need Bathtub Parking Inside allowed only with Key is not good U must put a staff inside parking and staff must ask customers about the booking id , there is no outside parking in that area. So First allowed to park your parking area with booking id with permission of your ground staff.. On my case one staff standing outside otherwise I stuck between that area

The room was very large and clean. The location was not central, but great for what I needed and only 20mins by bus from the corniche.

Excellent stay with amazing staff

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Perfect for long stays thanks to the fully equipped kitchen and spacious layout. Spotlessly clean with excellent common areas including a pool, steam room, and sauna. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, always available to help with anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was good. Underground parking was good. Studio size was good.

TV was useless. No satellite channels. Had to use a personal Chromecast. Shower water seeps onto the toilet floor. Kitchen utensils were very limited.
