Room for improvement

Location means you can walk to the Corniche with a slightly walk taking you to the World Trade Centre and Qasr Al Hosn. The bed and pillows where comfortable.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor and there were several little flies in there. I had booked a double, non-smoking room but when I arrived for check-in (one-hour after it had opened for me), it was unavailable. I was offered an upgrade to a smoking room but declined it. I was then offered a non-smoking room with two single beds which I took. Another aspect was I couldn't get the WiFi to work. While it didn't impact me because I didn't need it, the passcode given to me at check-in didn't work.

Flooded room made the bathroom unsafe. No action from staff.

It's in a central location, and affordable.

The whole bathroom flooded with basic use of the shower. This wasn't due to any misuse or overuse. It meant the bathroom was unsafe. The backed up drain made it also feel unclean. I reported the issue but nobody came to repair or clean it up. (It was a one night stay. Given we were out in the evening then back late there wasn't time to request a room change. The hotel shouldn't be giving customers rooms which must have this as a repeated issue...) While I appreciate a cheap price, a twice flooded bathroom isn't acceptable. I found the bed to be too firm.

Honestly, nothing about the stay went well. I booked expecting a normal 4-star hotel experience, but the reality didn’t match the photos or description.

The hotel was extremely noisy — the first night was so loud that I couldn’t sleep at all and had to immediately move to a different hotel at my own cost. The room was badly cleaned, with visible dirt and a humid smell. Staff were unhelpful, inflexible and dismissive when I asked for assistance.

Great hotel with a VERY loud club

Overall this is a great hotel in a good, central location, with all the amenities you need for a short stay. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable enough, with a nice bed and enough space to set up your suitcases even though it's not a large room. The room has a mini fridge, which is appreciated in the hot climate., and the curtains close well enough to block out the bright sunlight. We did not take breakfast but I know there is an option for that in this hotel. They do offer on-site parking for 30 AED per night, and the valets are very nice and efficient. We never had to wait very long for our car.

The main reason for my "great" rating as opposed to "excellent" rating is the ridiculous amount of noise coming from the nightclub on the top floor. Even in my 40s I'm the type of person who enjoys going out dancing and attending concerts, etc. and I have a fairly high tolerance for loud places, having worked for 12+ years in bars & night clubs in NYC, but the decibel level in that club is insane! We walked up to take a look and see about having a drink there on our first night, and my husband (who is more sensitive to loud noise) had a ringing in his ears and a headache for the rest of the night. We obviously skipped our nightcap there, but still got to listen to the thumping of the music, even with our travel white noise machine running, until at least 2AM when I finally fell asleep. We fell asleep earlier the 2nd night but could definitely still hear and feel the music as long as we were awake. I would still stay here if the price is right, but I would request a lower floor, and even more importantly I would encourage the management to turn down the volume so that everyone on those upper floors can sleep, and so anyone patronizing the club doesn't lose their hearing after 1 night out.

Don’t recommend if you actually want to sleep

Location is ok

AC was so SO SO SO Noisy I couldn’t sleep. I asked them to check it and repair it but they didn’t do anything. Also You have to pay almost 10 euros for the parking, per day. It’s not good value for money if you can’t sleep the whole night.

The location is very convenient Restaurant staff is approachable and accommodating.

The two ladies in the reception staff are not approachable. The bed sheet is dirty. I found hair from other guests. The breakfast is not worth it for the price tastes less and a small variety of food.

A great place in the center of Abu Dhabi

The hotel is in a central part and you are able to reach many places easily. Inside the hotel, rooms are clean, there is a wide variety of delicious food and you are able to spend time at the pool as well as a total of three bars. I would like to also point kind and helpful staff. Especially I send my thanks to Shibu for his great service and support at the breakfast saloon.

Staff was lovely.

The quality of the furnishings was poor. My bed mattress was sunken. The carpet felt dirty. Cleanliness of the bathrooms was not thorough, I would often see stains from the day before not cleaned

Was not happy at all, how can you put drinks, common drinks they sell at the next grocery for 2.50 dhs and you put it in the hotel room fridge and sell for 19 dhs, selling common Redbull at 49 dhs while at the next grocery is 10 dhs? It's not fair, change that policy please. If not almost all your customers won't consume from your room fridges, it's not fair, change that policy.

-location -gym was clean, well equipped and always empty -good cleaning, fresh water every day

Average accommodation, there is nothing to recommend it for. Watch out an extra deposit of 200 AED hold on the card.

Average accommodation, there is nothing to recommend it for. The staff and service is very average and not helpful. They did not even know or pretended not to know about the extra deposit of 200 AED / 50 eur that a client needs to pay / is held on your credit card when booking a room (it is not included in the price for accommodation, its charged extra). I was advised to contact my bank even though it is their own and booking policy that they charge 200 AED extra. Breakfast has a little variety for European clients and has no traditional arabic meals (no hummus or other staple meals), however there is a variety of cooked Indian dishes. We did not like the smell at the hotel, smelling everywhere like a cheap toilet spray. We did not try the wellness as it did not looked clean and appealing to us, the small pool on the top of the building, located in the hotel pub was closed, as well as the restaurant / cafe on the top floor. The windows in the room cannot be open, so you can only get a “fresh” air from the AC. If you pay for a sea view, you will not enjoy it, as the windows are all dirtly of birds shit. We wouldnt go to this hotel again and are not recommending it, especially not to European customers. It is not a proper 4* hotel, max 3*

The hotel was really clean! We liked everything, starting from food ending by service. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Special thanks to girls from reception for helping us choosing the entertainments and Aslan for advising good places to visit! Definitely will stay here again!

The neighbors near our room were too noisy, making us feel slightly uncomfortable early in the morning. Maybe the problem is the soundproofing of the room.

Location and the doorman Mr. Balwinder who was extremely helpful and kind.

1. I reserved the hotel at booking.com for 50€ WITH BREAKFAST but was charged 66€!! That's a rip off and shows a big discrepancy between Booking.com and actual charges!!! 2. The air-conditioning in the room was not very effective given the Abu Dhabi heat. 3. Breakfast was mediocre though the staff especially the chef making eggs was very kind.

Worth the price and great location.

The location is at the center of the city. There are near restaurants and grocery shops. We also had a free upgrade, and they checked us in early when there was free room. I do commend Shree and Jam for the easy check-in process we had. We booked the stay with breakfast, and it was good as well for the price. They had fruits, salad, cheese, bread, and even an egg station.
