We booked 2 nights & we enjoyed the peaceful stay in the property

Rooms are specious , friendly staff members & standard breakfast .

Difficult to find the property , our transport taxis & uber were continuously getting lost when we request drop off . Hotel must consider clear signs / address to the property.

Good comfortable option for long stays

The kitchenette was very convenient, especially as it included a washing machine and all the cutlery you might need. The staff were exceptionally nice, particularly the room service team and the bell boy. The bed was also super comfortable, which made the stay even better. A bus station is just 2 min walk and Lulu express is 500 m near.

One small improvement would be to add a couch or an armchair, as the available chairs were not very comfortable.

My stay at Executive Suites Abu Dhabi was largely positive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—ideal for a business traveler. Staff were courteous and efficient, and the location is excellent, close to key commercial areas and shopping malls. The Wi-Fi was strong, and overall amenities were well-maintained.

However, there were two concerns worth mentioning. First, the room lacked proper soundproofing despite the listing stating otherwise. Noise from adjacent rooms and hallway traffic was occasionally disruptive. Second, the bathroom design led to consistent flooding after showers. Even with the curtain securely placed inside the tub, water would leak onto the floor—posing a potential safety risk.

Subpar experience at this hotel that sadly I used to book the most

The breakfast manager was very hospitable (Ms. Weam). Also, the staff Arafat and Mohamed Ashraf.

They gave me a very bad bed in a non-smoking room*, then moved me after complaining to a smoking floor with smelled awful and the room as well from the inside. Then they moved me to another third one (all within the first hour), which was still a smoking floor but slightly better than the previous one. Yet the bed wasn't comfortable, and I got a very bad hip pain after spending two nights on it and a bad cough due to the smoking floor. The AC was bringing the cigarette smell all the time from the rest of the smoking floor inside the apartment that I had stayed in. All of this happened despite that a) I wrote to them upfront about my requirements at the time of booking (at least 3 days in advance) and also b) told them that I'm asthmatic, and c) they know both information a & b since everytime I write the same for being a frequent guest at the hotel, myself and my partner. Also, it happened for the first time, that one of the receptionist asked me about the ID of my wife not mine, in kind of a very strange way (almost rude), even though they have both of our IDs in their hotel management system from the previous visits. My partner is from an Asian origin, and the way he asked was: "Can I have HER ID?" As if she is just a "thing" sitting over there!! I kind of felt why he said that, but I reserve my further comments on this matter for ethical reasons, keeping my self professional. (*) This not the first time where in this hotel the kindbed is actually two twin beds put together with a thick metallic or wooden rod (something very sturdy and edgy) peaking up in the middle of the bed where it may even cause injuries let alone discomfort).

Doors bangs slamming not soundproofing doors

1.You will hear doors slamming and bangs if you booked a small room as the bed is situated nearby the door! How could a person sleep if these doors weren't a soundproof If you are a sceptical about my saying just book a small room and try to sleep or rest with these doors slamming 2. Bad service from some staff not professional staff so the hotel will lose guests because of these harming attitudes

The room was very dirty, The soundproofing was bad. There were nasty stains on the sofas. The kitchen was not sufficiently stocked. The fire alarm went off through out the night. They wanted to charge for ice.. I booked for a week. I checked out after one night. No refund... So disappointed 😞

A home away from home in Abu Dhabi

The hospility of every staff is excellent. From the receptionist to the bell boy and cleaners all welcome you with the biggest smile you can find. I like the fact that the suite is very quiet and peaceful as the location is not in the crazy busy city centre. There’a a mosque within 100 m from the hotel so convenient for my partner to do his prayer. There are plenty of restaurants around for u to dine and lulu supermarket is just 5 mins away. It has all the kitchen facilities that I neef, eventhough not the most sophisticated one but sufficient for you to prepare light meals on days I didnt feel like eating out. Will definitely stay here again next time .

1- The breakfast was very disappointing, very few choices even very few still the plates were mostly empty. 2-when I saw the swimming pool I thought it was a joke because the bathtub is bigger and very strictly closes at 6 pm. 3- very difficult to find parking and there is no valet parking service.

location is good, it’s in the centre, you have a pharmacy nearby, as well as cafés and shops. Staff are nice and helpful. Also it’s good value
