Very rude stuff, aggressive and grumpy, outdated furniture, no toiletries, very poor coffee/tea station, very long check out with the manager being so rude for leaving dirty towels, as if we have to leave the towels as clean as we don’t use it, total nonsense

Excellent Amenities and Comfort for the price.

The hotel is very clean and organized. The rooms feel up to date and offer a lot of amenities. The fridge is a little small but everything else felt very upscale for the price. The room is clean, modern, and offers a large bed. Even the carpet felt new and was vibrant in color. I was upgraded to the executive sweet and can say that it is a high quality room with its own living room and 2 bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable in both rooms, I stayed in. For a 3 star hotel it feels to be much more than that. The bathroom is clean and feels upscale then other hotels along this price range. I would definitely come back here to stay and recommend anyone to stay here.

His professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness were exemplary. Mr. Subash demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently. His friendly and approachable demeanour put me at ease, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend AJ Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The Filipino staff were very helpful and friendly, while I felt that some of the other staff members could improve their attitude towards guests.
