Because they have a bar downstairs, it gets quite noisy late at night. The entrance and the elevator are also not good.

Never wanna go back again

1,no parking area 2,there’s a dancing bar right at the 4th floor, and it’s TOO noisy until the morning, the whole building was shaking all night, can’t get into sleep

The room was neat and clean and services was good

There was absolutely no parking after 19h00. We arrived just after midnight and I had to drive for an hour and a half to search for public parking and still did not find any. There are nightclubs in the building that we did not know about open until 4am, the smell of smoke in te halls, our room had no aircon adjustment.

Clean, good value for a short stay.

Quite dated but room and bathroom very clean and all essentials were there. Stuff very friendly, quick and helpful. Mini market store around the corner has everything you’ll need Conveniently close to the finance district (unless you stay at 4 Seasons or Rosewood). Good for one-night quick layover

In the older part of AD, the area is quite run down. A couple of clubs and night bars in the building, you can hear the music until early morning hours if you are a light sleeper (though the very helpful staff will first fill the rooms that are away from the noise as much as possible)

Really bad- would not recommend

The bathroom is very outdated, and the water heater doesn’t work properly. There’s also a club on the third floor, and the loud music and speakers can be heard even on the top floors at least till 3am. The charging outlets are built into the headboard, which feels unsafe, and the plugs don’t fit securely. Additionally, the bathroom has a persistent smell of humidity.

Absolutely nothing good at all. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had on every level starting from the location, to cleanliness, to the professionalism of the staff, and even the price, which was far higher than what it was worth.

Unprofessional staff with a very poor attitude, lack of cleanliness, constant noise, The air conditioning control unit is located outside the room, and someone keeps turning it off from time to time against my will , fake photos used on the app, and manipulated reviews that are not genuine at all. Overall, the worst experience

An amazing home from home in center of Abu Dhabi

Staff are professional and welcoming - efficient check-in procedure. We were upgraded to an apartment which was amazing. Room service menu is very diverse, food is excellent and yet it is inexpensive.

It was a place to stay at a relatively cheap rate. However, my group and I will not be joining again.

The staff were great, except one encounter with a security guard where he seemed a bit rude with us. Otherwise everyone else was super professional and well mannered.

We didn’t like the loud noises that came from the building, the rooms have not been maintained for years - the pictures did not represent the rooms that we got. There was a very weird smell in the corridors, however the lobby smelled great. The buttons in the elevator were run down, it’s small maintenance that can really make the place better.

Location is good, price was affordable. That's it. If you need to stay for 1 nigh - it is ok.

1) !!!!The administrator out my PASSPORT INTO WATER, the passport is now UNUSABLE. ALL THE STAMPS ARE DESTROYED by water, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A VISA with this PASSPORT. THEY JUST SAID: SORRY.... !!!! AND NOW I NEED TO GO TO MY COUNTRY FOR 3 MONTHS TO GET A NEW PASSPORT. THAT'S CRAZY!!!! 2) Noise event at the 8th floor all the walls were shaking because of night clubs at lower floors. 3) Ciggarette smell is everywhere, sleeping on my bed I was feeling like I am a box of cigarettes. 4) Smell of water in the bathroom was disgusting, I brushed my teeth with water I bought. Washing there was not pleasant, but no options.
