Worst hotel stay experience of my life

It was the dirtiest most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at, mould in the bathroom, dirt and dust everywhere, stains on the walls, wallpaper peeling off, the arm chairs smelled really strongly of body odour, this ingrained hair in the carpet like it hadn’t been hoovered in a while, very poor internet and tv connection

The service of the staff, how they were unaware of the booking & there too much waiting though already paid & also booked. The parking system was awful, paying 20 AED per night then the requirement is to leave your car key in valet parking that has always moving the parking slot in paid parking slot & also what is the sense in paying a parking fee that is 20 AED per night & just to found that they are moving your vehicle to paid parkings & moving it around there parking lot. I understand it's small parking space but if the guest already padi for parking fee regardless if it public paid parking it should not be moved. Why too much excess fees than the paid public parking fee

I booked a non-smoking room because I'm pregnant, but they said that there's no available room other than the one we had which is a smoking room (room 905).

Overall, I can recommend this hotel to my friends for an overnight stay in the city.

I love the room they gave me. It is big and clean. The bed is comfy. I have this little veranda window that overlooks the city. Location is near to almost everything. Staffs are friendly and nice. Valet is good and polite. Receptionist were helpful also. The hotel is quite and I love it. I was able to rest after a long drive. I ordered food from their All day restaurant. Food is good also even if the lamb chops has after taste and overcooked.

Nothing much I can say only the double lock chain is not working in my room.

That was not my first time at this hotel. Previous experiences were very positive. If it wasn't fpr the very poor check-in experience I would have given it the good score this hotel usually deserves.

I arrived at 11:50pm amd got my key just before 12:30am. The delay was "due to technical issues". However, not having contingency plan for unexpected guests ruined the experience for me.
