The hotel's location is excellent, which is its main advantage. The breakfast was fine, and the pool area is good.
The property is very old, and the room was tiny with worn-out furniture. There was ongoing construction in the lobby which was disruptive. The worst part was the bathroom. After draining the tub, all the water came back up through a drain in the middle of the floor, completely flooding the bathroom. We called reception, and a maintenance worker came in dirty boots. He glanced at the flood and casually said, "Yeah, this happens, just don't take a bath," then turned and left, leaving his dirty footprints all over the wet floor. No one even offered to clean up the mess. This level of service is a disgrace for a hotel that claims to be 4-star and is definitely not good value for money.

Wonderful place to stay
5 star hotel facilities for a affordable price
Very good location
Hard to get a taxi from Lobby. Better go waking through the adjacent hotel.

Very well-located hotel, right on the Corniche.
The facilities were excellent: large, well-equipped rooms, the bathroom, the common areas, and the pool.
Very comfortable. We went during the heat wave, at 46°C, and the air conditioning worked very well, making it a pleasant stay.
Frequently used by taxis, it was fairly easy to hail them from the hotel.
The hotel staff was very kind and friendly.
At the time I made the reservation, I received messages through the Booking app from hackers who had breached the hotel's IT security, requesting banking information for fraudulent purposes. It's not the hotel's fault, but please ignore these types of communications, even if they come through Booking.com's messaging service.

the cleanliness, the smell of the hallways are pretty good. The pool is lovely as well. Loved the health club, I like that it's mix so I can go in with my family.

Location was good but no parking was available. Same block parking was very congested.
For the extra bed of the baby price is not showing but larer the charge 90 aed per night. No parking space. Bed was making noise. No window to open.

it was a great experience: 1) Very clean Hotel. 2) Very nice staff in general (except some exceptions). 3) In the heart of the city. 4) Big swimming pool. 5) Proper action and nice gestures when you ask for extras
Although the overall experience was great: 1) One staff was rude in his answers at the swimming pool. 2) Noises at night (mostly Saturdays) due to night clubs 3) The TV sound cannot be increased and you can barely hear the sound, so we could not really use the TV. 4) No Parking for the hotel, but the paid parking is available and for me it was no hassle at all as you can pay using the applications.

The pool shared with Le Meridian was excellent and well-maintained and the pool restaurant staffs were great as well.
The spa offered a wide range of amenities, especially considering its size.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The price for two nights, particularly during the holidays, was very reasonable.
Plenty of restaurants within the building compound.
Quite a few.
1. There was a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, which resulted in housekeeping opening the door while I was already inside settling in.
2. There is no view from the room as the window glass is frosted and permanently locked.
3. The front desk informed me that I can no longer use the pool after checking out at 1pm. Many hotels allow guests to use the swimming pool few hours after checking out.
4. Finding parking near the entrance can be challenging.

Preserved old building as an oasis between skyscrapers around. An international bar by the pool with best shisha in town.
Due to short curtain in bathroom we had flood every day after showering.

Staff went far above and beyond what I expected to make my stay delightful. I could write this 10 times. Thank you!
- Living Abu Dhabi history. The first hotel in Abu Dhabi, in the early or mid-1970s oil executives from the USA’s biggest 100 companies who came to UAE to negotiate with the government would stay here. When the rooms were full, they would pay to sleep on benches in the lobby; even corporate vice-presidents of the huge American oil companies.
Very comfortable
Excellent location; right on the corniche.
Good value
There was nothing at all that I disliked about the property. The only thing I could possibly say is that if you really must stay in a recently built building, there are other hotels for you.

Staff were nice and kind and only the reception area is made nice rest is the worst, old and noisy hotel which’s mostly sounds like 1 night stand place
Loud noises from the bar/club plus very loud people and you would wake up at night by the sounds of others having fun in their bed in other rooms, also the room facilities are very poor very old dated and nothing modern to the price in this hotel, 5 different taxes i was charged and the price shown was changed at checkout

Nice spot and close to city just 15 minutes walking and also close to the see
Great beds and nice room
Friendly staff
We got free water and coffee every day
Amazing outside and rooftop pools
There are buttons to press to tell the staff to clean up or not to disturb (no need to hang out the sign on the door)
Power plug without cover
Small shower
Cleaner rings the doorbell even though there is a quiet sign on the door
Toilet paper too close to the toilet
Socket not close to the bed
Breakfast is too expensive considering the few options they provide

We stayed in this hotel end of May this year. Check in was fast and they offered us a free upgrade to the suite. Parking was bit easy in front of hotel. Hotel doesn’t have their own parking. You can park for 24hours for 15 AED. Room was very clean and spacious. Room service was good and we ordered food. It was delicious. Overall 8/10.
No free Parking facilities.

Very good value for money, overall.
The the ladies at reception were very nice. I didn't have to wait when checking in and out.
I liked Little Soho. The pizza is the best I've had in a long time, made fresh in full view! The staff were very nice. The ambiance is great, too
The room was very comfortable and clean. Best night's sleep I've had in ages.
The staff in Easy Tiger were quite brusque and unfriendly when I went in, so I left and had a great time at Little Soho instead.
The shower was tiny.

Tried to put us in a smoking room when we arrived and said they only had smoking rooms left - if this was an option on booking.com we would have ensured to choose no smoking but it was not an option. Building smells of smoke, loud music all night from nightclub, rooms are ok but not that nice for the price you can find much better.

the hotel is clean and well maintained, considering the fact that the hotel is one of the firsts in the country. the location is second to none, with the pool being one of the biggest in the city. there are a lot of activities that can make anyone busy and numerous restaurants that are being shared by both the hotel and Le Royal Meridien. the health club is also decent and has a squash court. rooms are clean and carpets are maintained nicely at least for our room.
the rooms I think if not the smallest, at least one of the smallest we've ever stayed at. a shower that is really puny and sinks and fixtures that are dated and broken. check-in was also a bit terrible since we had to wait for an hour before we got our rooms. there was also no free parking around so make sure to be aware of the parking areas allowed to avoid fines. dinner was so-so and breakfast was a bit bland. nothing to say with the staff though who we encountered since everyone including the receptionist who made us wait for an hour was as hospitable and as respectful as possible.
