Horrible

I stayed here last year that’s why I booked it again but I was up until 4 AM because of how loud the noise from the club was. I could feel the bass of the music coming through and could not sleep until they closed it. I was exhausted after travelling all day so this was a nightmare. Don’t book this hotel

I will definitely come again

Everything was exceptional. Mr. Fahad and Mr. Sattar were extremely helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Mr. Suneel was especially considerate and accommodating, kindly changing my room twice without any hesitation. Miss Nadia was also wonderful; very polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. Truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown by the entire team.

Great location at a reasonable price

The room was clean and spacious, with great views over the Corniche. The reception and concierge staff ... Maham, Alisha, Nadia, Saffat and Kafeel ... were all very hospitable, a friendly and out-of-their-way helpful. Thank you!

The bathroom surfaces took a long time to dry and not everyone who wants to eat in a licensed restaurant is a smoker.

Room was very spacious and was in the city and availability of transport is also good. Location is good but the view I got is the road with vehicles. But liked the stay.

Taste of the food really i did not like the food taste. Just giving anything so that people will eat. I was totally disatisfied with the food.

Not very much…they do have a licensed bar which is good on 15 floor

Advertise they have a pool …there is NOT a pool you have use the Sheraton hotel pool across the road which will cost you 50DHS (£10) each They do not provide any teaspoons to make coffee just two wooden stir it sticks. The balcony is a locked off at this time of year so you cannot go outside or look at the view, clearly they do not trust guests to keep the door shut due to the humidity. Rooms look spacious but they are not

Loud noise, music the whole night and cigarettes smell

I had to moved out on a first night, due to terrible noise, loud music which lasted up to 3am. And then I left. Also it was hard to stay in due to cigarets smell.

It’s a nice property with very good facilities in the city center, and with very polite and helpful staff. The breakfast options are also good. The check-in and check-out are smooth and quick.

It was an awesome stay. I had visitors from South Africa that we travelled with, they loved it.

Rooms were big. Had lounge also, with dinning seats and table.

Great hotel

Overall, a great hotel. Good location. Near the embankment and the park. Very polite and friendly staff. They even called to find out when I checked in and if everything was okay. There is everything you need in the room. The room is large. Everything is clean. The bathroom is very bright and clean. The bed is large and comfortable. Lots of space for things. There is a table for work and for drinking tea. They give a lot of water and tea accessories. A working, clear safe. I am happy with the hotel

It was a bit noisy in the evening because there are bars and restaurants downstairs. Plus, my room had a door to the neighbors, so I could hear everything they were doing in the room. There was a special scent in the hallway and the room smelled a little like smoke.

Over all good experience

Good location , very friendly personnel , very good cleaning As big plus could mention possibility to use the Sheraton hotel beach and pool facilities just for 40 AED. It was great option

I would say the noise , you literally could hear everything your neighbors are talking about and doing . This should be kept in mind . We had a smoke smell coming from AC but it was short and didn’t bother .
