Faded Glory

The location, large rooms, price and comfortable bed with pristine sheets.

The bathroom and other aspects of the room had clearly seen better days. The bath itself was 'blown' with copious amounts of sealer layered on top of sealer. Hot water also in short supply. A sign in the reception advised the rooms were to be refurbished. The sign was dated November 2024 so either it's an exceptionally long task or enthusiasm was lost along the way. No obvious means of switching lights on or off from bed

VALUE WISE, PERFECT ROOM AND PERFECT BREAKFAST

Amazing breakfast !! Like for the price I want expecting anything like what we witnessed !! Nice hotel, if they offer goose down pillows than it would be totally with the money. Also I think they gave us the newly renovated room which was Brand new

Not a great stay. Sorry. Uncomfortable and scary.

Very inconvenient in terms of location, parking availability. Hotel is extremely old and not maintained well. First room had leaky ceiling and was dirty. Second room was no better. Toilet sanitary ware were broken, curtains and carpet, sofa were dirty and not clean. No slippers or any other provisions given until requested. WiFi was not getting connected and ended up using guest WiFi which was extremely slow. Towels looked old and unclean. Seemed like one of those haunted hotels. Only two lifts available which was slow. Room given was on 20th and 20st floor (top floor). Stay was uncomfortable and totally not worth the money paid which was non refundable unfortunately.

The staff are rude! The place is dirty! 1 pillow per bed! Bathroom was disgusting! They took 42 aed more than we should have paid for. Woke up to lots of building noise. We would like our overpayment refunded asap. We will never stay here again. ( if you like cockroaches then stay here)

Room was good clean and spacious. There were two queen beds and it was more than enough for a family of 4. The location is in the heart of city which is a big advantage. The staff were good and cordial.

The hotel didn’t have a dedicated parking and we had to park in public parking paying the parking fee. The room entry lock was not working properly and we had to get staff assistance to get into the room. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room properly and we had to ask them to do things which they should have done as a part of their job. They seemed to be in a hurry.
