It was an amazing reputed 3-star hotel. If you consider brand value, this is the go-to 3-star hotel.

Everything was perfect except some factors. The breakfast provided by the hotel exceeded my expectations, so as the comfort provided in my room. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and were able to meet my requests, despite them being busy 24x7.

The lighting in my room was a huge minus, as the lights were placed at the corner and not center. Even though the night-lamps were there, it didn't meet my expectation(s) when it comes to lights. Also, one of the lifts doesn't stop at the restaurant which I find a hurdle. Other than that, nothing else to dislike the hotel

Location perfect. In the heart of the centre, a lot of bars and shops around. 5 min to Corniche road and promenade. Rooms are clean and spacious. 4 bars, restaurants in the hotel with alkohol.

All amenities and small details feel like the hotel is very outdated and cheap, elevator smells weird probably due to the odd audience that comes to the club on the top floor

Below average, certainly subpar from other Wyndham hotels.

1) The cleaning staff are very very kind and nice 2) Good location, walking distance to the waterfront 3) I was there for a major conference and most hotels jacked up their prices. This one didn't. 4) The general manager said I don't need to pay extra for checking in early and for checking out late. 5) The staff do try hard.

1) There were cockroaches (they called pest control on my last day in the hotel)! 2) The reception manager, when I asked for a second bed for my colleague, demanded I make a prepayment before it is brought up to my room, even though I could have just paid it when checking out. His demeanor was denigrating. 3) The 17th floor appears to be a gathering spot for sex workers 4) One of the receptionists recommended the Indian restaurant on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately I had mild food poisoning when I tried the food there.

Filled with prostitutes and massages if that’s your thing. The night club can be heard at all hours. Dirty.

The location was OK but Abu Dhabi is small.

It was infested with mould- I only found out on the last day. The prostitutes didn’t bother me but it’s definitely a scene. The fitness center was garbage. The restaurant was terrible. There’s nothing very good in a short walk from the hotel. The nightclub on the roof has noise all night long. The lobby and my bathroom smelled like sewar. My room was always set to 16 or 18 degrees which was insane. They didn’t clean well.

A convenient location and friendly staff, but serious cleanliness and maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable.

I appreciated the fact that we were able to check in two hours earlier than the time stated on the website, and also that the staff were smiling and kind. We only stayed here for one night, and we were accommodated on the 13th floor. However, there were several issues with this location: 1. From the moment we arrived, the key card system was not working, so we needed a staff member to come unlock the door for us and even press the elevator button (which was quite inconvenient when leaving the room and no staff member was nearby). 2. The floors were dirty, and the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned either. 3. We found several cockroaches in the room and I slept “terrified,” constantly thinking we’d wake up with them crawling on us during the night. 4. On the morning of our check-out, they decided to carry out pest control. Even though we had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door because we were very tired and wanted to sleep in, they kept calling the room phone insisting that we open the door. 5. There is a club on an upper floor and it was extremely difficult to fall asleep due to the noise coming into the room. 6. The bathroom smelled horrible. We had accidentally left the door open and, when we returned from our walk, the room was unbearable because of the smell. Since we were on a high floor, the windows couldn’t be opened. We tried to “air it out” using the ventilation system and returned to the room later. Always keep the bathroom door closed. 7. In our room, the power outlets were not universal and there were no adapters available at the reception, so we left for the airport the next day with our phones almost dead. The location is fairly good and the staff is very kind, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

I recently stayed at howardjhonson and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a deluxe room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend hwardjhonson to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Five stars!

Really happening

Location The room was big. And the rates are great.

There are 3 club in the hotel. And if you are coming back or going somewhere in the night, like after 11pm then there are all kind of characters that you will face. The noise was not to much, but you can feel it. And if you are with family, then this would be really awkward for them and for you. Also, the bathroom lock was broken. No carpet in the room. the furniture in the room was all wrong. It was like not going with the whole room space. And yeah, there was no parking on the Hotel. Had to park like really far away.
