It was a horrible experience.
1st - the location on Booking.com is completely different from original location-
2nd- the picture shown on booking.com showed a single room with a queen bed. - At the property They gave me half a room with a bunk bed.
3rd- Charging point was not functional- I had to sit in the kitchen to work all night.
4th- no facility in the room.
5th- not clean and had very foul smell.
6th- even the caretaker was not helpful.
In short expect a smelly, non functional, unhygienic shared dorm

I had an emergency booking from November 12 to 14, and my experience at this property was extremely disappointing and unsafe.
When I arrived at Room 404, no staff was present to receive me. I had to stand and wait for almost 20 minutes until one guest/staff saw me and said they would send someone to assist. While waiting, I suddenly heard a loud commotion in the hallway near the kitchen area. Several people were confronting a man who could not show a booking confirmation. They began shouting and fighting, accusing him of opening and picking the doors of other guests.
At that moment, I immediately felt unsafe and very uncomfortable, so I stepped away and waited near the elevator. The screaming only got louder. I was actually planning to leave the property until the supervisor finally saw me and came to assist me.
Because of the unsafe environment, I decided I could not stay or sleep in such a situation. The staff and supervisor agreed that I should cancel my booking through Booking.com, and they promised a refund.
I completed all the necessary steps and even called Abu Dhabi Pearl to make sure they would confirm the refund on Booking.com. I reached out multiple times before my booking period expired, trying to ensure the refund would be processed.
However, for two days, the property has been unresponsive and unreachable. They repeatedly told me they would read my messages and confirm the cancellation, yet nothing has been done. I even shared the voice recording of the shouting and the dangerous situation that night.
I did not use the booking because of the property’s environment and the lack of safety. It was not my fault that I had to cancel. If my experience had been good, I would never have left or requested a refund.
At this point, it is only fair and right that my money is refunded.
Very bad experience. I do not recommend this property at all.

I wouldn't go back there
Only that the host was prompt, that's about it.
Building, elevator, apartment, hard as a rock bed, lighting in bedroom, unusable washroom.

Comfortable bed and good shower
The bed was comfortable, shower pressure was great. Easy to arrive on bus from airport (make sure you have right location). Need phone data to check-in. For its price it was very good, small but if you just beed a bed and facilities its fine. The pin on booking.com is correct, however if you click "get directions" it goes to a different place. The host will send you the location via WhatsApp too. Better than I expected.
There's an extra fee for a late check-in, however, they kindly agreed to waive it as it was a same day booking. Only 1 power outlet in the bedroom which was used by router. I'd suggest a double adapter to negate this.

The staff is unprofessional and they trying to take more money. The cleaning staff are very rude.
Take care it’s not a real photos. They gave me a very dirty extra small room totally different from the photo saying the room I chose is not available. And asked for more money (about 500AED) if I wanted to change to another room. I had to go and lost my money.

En fait c’est une arnaque, l’adresse de l’hôtel sert à nous faire croire que c’est un hostel mais une fois sur place, il vous écrive sur messenger pour vous donner une autre adresse , et quand vous arrivez enfin à l’adresse qu’il vous donne, il faut chercher encore car il ne m’avait pas donné l’étage et il y en avait 11, et l’état était pourri
