Great size room with sitting room attached and two huge t.v.s

Although I was a leisure traveler I’d say the Cristal is ideal for business stays.

Great staff throughout - from the cleaning lady to the bar staff at the G.O.A.T and the lady at the coffee shop. Everyone was so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The pool and spa area was so relaxing. We enjoyed a couples massage one evening and I’d highly recommend!

Really nice hotel in a good location

I got upgraded to a lovely suite, but even without that, this hotel is extremely good value for money. The bed was very comfy, the room very clean, and the breakfast delicious with a lot of choices. The staff was very kind and helpful - all in all a no-brainer choice in Abu Dhabi.

Great for Family

Always our got to hotel apartment. Bed is super comfortable and room is always clean. Kitchen tools are also available (needs to be requested in the room service). Pool is heated. Breakfast is okay. Near to M. Zayed Shopping Center

I actually didn't like that the room had no toiletries (just basic ) to be fare or any laundry bags unless you ask for it, we asked for wanted at night they said there is one in the room and they didn't bring a new one until the morning

They did not provide towels and dental kits. Even Tea coffee Saches were to be asked. All properties of this scale always provide unlimited bottled water. However they limited to only 1 bottle per person which was not mentioned while booking.

Exceptional rude staff at reception

All services were fine

Your reception staff was extremely rude specially the philipino guy who called me at my room. My friend visited me at my room for dinner and she mistakenly forgot to submit her EID. She was just staying next to your hotel building and we met for yearly dinner. He called our room and simply bullied us for not submitting the ID at reception, which was our mistake, but he behaved as if we committed a crime and are accused for just forgetting to submit the ID by mistake. When we requested him that we are in middle of dinner, he became very very rude over the phone. Finally we had to leave our dinner in between and go to her apartment to get the ID.

The room was very spacious. It had a small living room with a TV The room service was nice and the food was delicious. The bathroom was big and spacious. The bedroom had a TV also. The bed was big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a taxi line outside the hotel at all times. The room had a small fridge. There was a cafe and a spa which was nice.

The pillows were a nightmare, they were so uncomfortable that i had to buy my own pillow. The room was not that clean, there was dust in some areas of the room. At first my room was on the 13th floor but because of the noise coming from the bar upstairs, i had to change my room. The music was sooo loud all night long.

Area, attitude When l asked about additional bed (we were 2 adults and child 11 y.o ), they asked about additional money… when we decided to change a hotel after the first night they were ready to give us for free… not so clean, bed smell from Indian restaurant
