Nice place but too much night movements

I was in room 510, they cleaned the room in front of mine from midnight to 1am, the cleaner was going in and out to do is job continuously, door slamming, this was first night. Second and third night tge room next to me and that one in front of it people were coming in and out continuously from midnight till 1.30 am . I have no idea what was going on there, saw men and ladies coming in and out. Not pleasant be in a supposedly nice hotel and could not sleep properly.

Nice and helpful people at the reception and the rest of the staff was also very prompt and helpful. The room and the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. The location is also prime.

Nothing as such. But, it would be good if there are more room options available for odd number of people. Spacious beds or more number of beds in a single room for family would definitely be very good for family groups.

We are very satisfied with our stay at the Courtyard.

We booked our lunch at Bistro and we are very satisfied. The food was truly wonderful and worth the value of money. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed the food serve at the restaurant.

I think the hotel should have emergency kit, or some generic medicines for headaches, etc.

Th reverence was poor therefore no good feedback will be provided

Valet parking took too long and one one came person serving .. when complaining staff were disinterested in the problem … even at front desk it was “oh, sorry” more of a disinterested response that an empathetic one Overall. It happy therefore will not recommend or return I decided to check out and go somewhere else

Close location to the corniche; very comfy and well equipped, big rooms, really great breakfast and a large pool for those who want to swim. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the reception staff who met some special requests and to the restaurant staff at breakfast (Deepak and his.colleagues).

Big nice clean rooms and 24/7 air conditioning as outside it was 40+. Nice location downtown next to a big mall. Also always offered water bottles for free, very important in a heatwave.

The swimming pool on top its not possible to be used and felt very small and with this hot you can’t stand outside more than 5 min

Location. Directly connected to the WTC Mall and 10 minutes walk to the beach Rooftop pool and gym

The shuttle to Yas Island only with tickets purchased in advance to any of the attractions of the island At 4 pm my room with king size bed was not yet available so I had to accept a room with twin queen size beds
