Room not matching with booking.com photo

Location

No hot water to bath for 2 days. No cooking utensils to cook basic like omelette. Room is not matching with the photo in booking.com. room was very small, no sea view room as shown in booking.com. I lost the trust on booking.com.

Unpleasant, I couldn’t sleep peacefully. Misleading pictures on the app compared to what I found.

I was highly disappointed with this property. The room looks nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. When I arrived, I found a very small, poorly maintained space. The bedding was in unacceptable condition — the sheets, pillows, and blanket looked old, worn, and unclean. The curtains were dirty and untidy, and the overall room setup felt neglected. Based on the condition I found, this property does not meet basic cleanliness or presentation standards and is completely misleading compared to what is shown on the app.

Great value for money

MY booking was bed only, excellent location. The facilities are comfortable, and environment is very friendly and good should one travel with family.

bad experience

i dint like anything this time. the time i spent in this room was horrible.

i m booking this rooms from last 3 months but this time it was very horrible experience. AC was not working in the room which was allocated for me. despite complaining to staff, i couldnt sleep for 4 to 5 hours also in that room without AC. nobody bother to rectify it nor did anything. apart from AC issue, one Arabic guy who was staying in the same flat was smoking all the time in kitchen and it was very difficult to breathe in the flat. staff saw him smoking all the time but did not tell him anything. appreciate if you give me good room next time as i will be booking all the time

It is what you pay for

First of all the picture they show it’s wrong you don’t have this view. Windows are blacked out u can’t see. It wasn’t as clean room was bit dusty. Door didn’t have a lock which was a big problem. Door and walls are very thin u can hear people across the apartment. Don’t expect too much it’s not a hotel it’s what u pay for keep your things secure and bring pillow case. Mahmood was exceptional attendant he changed the sheets and helped me whenever I needed. Really a great guy appreciate his dedication. Just because of him I didn’t rate this 0 stars. But the property need upgrades better doors locks on door and good customer service prior to check in they didn’t give me check in details addresss till the day of the check in

The most worst kind of hotel.

Please consider this as a serious complaint. This is a most worst hotel/apartment room I had booked and had to rebook another hotel for my stay on the same day despite I had paid to this worst kind of hotel room. First and foremost,as soon as I entered the apartment it was smelly, the most shocking is that the room had a folding plastic door with no lock on it. This room was disgustingly dirty and smelly. I wonder how come Bookin.com has included such hotel/apartment room in its list and recommending to the consumers. Please, seriously take an action on this. I note you again that, I had already paid to this worst thing and had to rebook another different hotel during that peak and demanding hotel booking period. I insist Booking.com to refund my payment or give it to a charity but not to that property.

When I arrived my bed was dirty, there was hair and fur on it.

Everything is terrible and dirty. In my room there was no socket to charge my cell phone. The bathroom was dirty and full of hair. There is no way to eat anything in the kitchen because there are no utensils, not even cutlery. The room has no keys. It looks like a horror movie. Think carefully before choosing this place

Awful Stay

it was very close the bus station and the city centre

Even though I made it clear I was going to check in at 11pm, no-one was there to open the door. I was very tired after a long flight and I had to wait almost 40 min to get access to the property. The bed was so hard it seemed I was sleeping on the floor. The next morning when I checked out I did not know where to leave the keys (as no one is EVER around) so I message the owner but I didn't receive any answer. Very poor customer service.

The property is located in a good place, you’ll find everything close, supermarkets, sea side, bus stop, the staff is really nice and helpful.

The kitchen and the toilet are very dirty, I tell them about this and they went to clean it, but still dirty, the bed is uncomfortable and hard.

Orribile terrore

Struttura orribile in un palazzo vecchio persone scostumate. Siamo arrivati lì senza manco presentarsi ci ha fatto entrare nelle camere letti duri non c’era la Carta igienica una tovaglia. Noi avevamo presa quella casa per tre ore che dovevamo partire per riposare un po, alla fine dopo 30 minuti siamo andati via. Condizioni igieniche incredibili siamo sconvolti

Местоположение

Там было небезопасно. Комната сама не закрывается на замок, только общая дверь может быть закрыта. Но она всегда открыта была, даже если я закрывал перед выходом. Спишь будто в общественном месте. И даже вещи свои не оставишь. Было грязно и очень неудобно. Из постельного белья только простыня, остальное все многоразовое: подушка, одеяло без наволочки. Полотенца вообще нет. Кровать шатается. Менеджера отвечают неохотно и очень долго. Сам Махмуд вообще игнорировал сообщения. Оставался там только в первую ночь, на следующий день снял нормальное место. Так как боялся за безопасность. Остаток денег за оставшиеся 2 дня отказались возвращать, видимо это отработанная схема

Budget friendly, okay for a couple of nights

Расположение хостела отличное, все рядом. Стоимость бюджетная для Абу Даби. Сотрудник помогал с вопросами и заселением.

На кухне не было посуды и столовых приборов, из-за этого не было возможности готовить. В первые дни было холодно в номере, особенно ночью, пришлось просить второе одеяло. Шумоизоляция плохая, стоят не двери, а что-то, похожее на задвижные жалюзи.

J'ai appréciée :)

J'ai réservée une chambre ou il y'avait 2 lits doubles pour femmes mais en réalité j'ai étais placé dans une petite chambre seule avec un armoire, l'espace commune étaient les toilettes, salles de bains et cuisine. J'ai appréciée le fait qu'il y'ai des petites chambres solo dans cette auberge ! Il y'avait aussi une machine à laver et un étendoir ( bon l'étendoirs n'est pas très pratique étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de balcon les vêtements prennent du temps à sécher ). La propreté reste ok ( le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas quotidien )

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait qu'il n' y ai pas de papier toilettes dans les WC. Je sais que les auberges de jeunesses dans les E.A.U fonctionnent ainsi mais bon c'est très dommage car il y'a de tout sauf du PQ ! Je n'ai également pas appréciée le fait qu'on ne peux fermer a clé notre chambre.. L'établissement est introuvable sur google maps, j'ai du contacter l'établissements attendre au moins 30 min dehors ! ( L'établissement ne s'appelle pas AD corniche donc c'est pour cela que c'est compliqué à trouver, enfaite les chambres se trouvent dans un batiment habiter par des résidents )
