Our stay at Royal Rose Hotel in Abu Dhabi was truly special from the first moment. We were upgraded to a suite, and it made the experience even more memorable. The room was perfect. Spacious, elegant and beautifully designed with classic details that give the hotel its royal character. High ceilings, rich fabrics, thoughtful lighting — it feels luxurious without being overwhelming. The suite was extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom spacious and well equipped, and everything was spotless. What really stood out was the staff. Attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. You feel looked after, not just processed. Every interaction was smooth and pleasant. If you enjoy classic European-style design with a Middle Eastern touch, this hotel is a great choice in Abu Dhabi. We left very happy with our stay

The building is beautiful

The staff is not very helpful and the hotel does not appear to be very well organized. Average time for them to respond to a guests message is about a week which is terrible.

The staff is excellent, friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel and the rooms are fine but everything looks 20-40 years old and a complete renovation will be needed soon. The breakfast is ok, can be improved: The quality of the bread is poor. The fruit is mostly not ripe (like the melons or grapefruit). Guests are often large group tourists arriving in buses. So the hotel is fine, but I would book a different one, next time. Everything looks outdated like many buildings in Abu Dhabi.

Nothing was bad, what could be most easily improved is the breakfast quality. We did not try the restaurants in the hotel.

Great experience in Dubai

Well positioned between the Museum Island, Grand Mosque and Presidential Palace. Short, inexpensive cab rides for all these locations. We had a very comfortable upgraded room and Edgar at the front desk was wonderful.

Very convenient location

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Abu Dhabi Mall and a bus stop for bus A1 which takes you to and from the airport. The room was clean and specious plus lavishly decorated. All the staff I came in contact with were very polite and helpful.

The restaurant for breakfast was always packed. It was very hard to find a table. After eating breakfast, your clothes smelled of cooked food.

Second stay at the Royal Rose. Beautiful hotel, friendly and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Hamza for the upgrade. Our room was flawless, comfortable bed, beautiful view.

Slow to deliver requested complimentary items but no issues besides that. For a 5 star hotel instant coffee is a buzz kill. Y'all need a nespresso for sure!

One of the best breakfasts we've ever had!

From the second we stepped into the spectacular lobby until the moment of departure, we were treated like royalty. The staff are incredibly attentive and professional, without ever being obtrusive. So many people helped us; I wish that I could praise them all. Roman and Hamza at reception were superb and everyone at breakfast was brilliant. Incidentally, the breakfasts are lavish! It is not only the range of food available which is impressive, the quality is also exceptional. Probably one of my top 3 hotels for breakfast of all time, and well worth the modest extra charge. Add this to the beautiful rooms and luxurious communal areas and you have a very fine hotel indeed. Thank you to everyone who delivered such a wonderful experience!

The shower door in 1107 is not locking properly. Water is splashing and makes the floor slippery. No breakfast included for a 400aed room prize. No signage where the parking area is.
